Rolds Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 This is a way point type, in addition to the normal landing way point. It comes with a new box that allows you to select a number of minutes. A quick test using time warp shows that after that amount of time my AI units started up and tried to take off again! They both crashed but maybe that's just a glitch at the Normandy airfield I was trying on. I had previously been operating on the assumption that once AI land they are done absent any scripting. Anyway is this new or have I just been oblivious?
beppe_goodoldrebel Posted February 28, 2019 Posted February 28, 2019 landing , refuel and takeoff again

Rolds Posted February 28, 2019 Author Posted February 28, 2019 That behaviour is the same as I saw testing a p51 and f86 on Normandy map, and I didn't see anything in the change log so probably a WIP item that accidentally made it into OB.
Vander Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Tested today with a Fw 190D on Caucasus map and it actually worked! After refueling it backed up; then moved in the proper direction on the taxiway and took off. However, after it landed again for the 2nd time the pilot disappeared and the plane remained stationary.
Pikey Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 that's good. I might start using this now. Does it handle repeat waypoints and thus go forever? ___________________________________________________________________________ SIMPLE SCENERY SAVING * SIMPLE GROUP SAVING * SIMPLE STATIC SAVING *
JDingo Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 Using LandingReFuAr This is a useful post on this subject: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=4007111#post4007111
Zeagle Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 In my scenario I have some helos that go from base to base. They make it about halfway through the flight plan before they run out of gas. I don't think they actually re-fuel.
Worrazen Posted August 15, 2019 Posted August 15, 2019 It's a wish came true, I submitted in the whislist like 3 years ago, multiple times AFAIK, so thanks! Yay! Tried it and it worked at least in the unarmed transporter. Modules: A-10C I/II, F/A-18C, Mig-21Bis, M-2000C, AJS-37, Spitfire LF Mk. IX, P-47, FC3, SC, CA, WW2AP, CE2. Terrains: NTTR, Normandy, Persian Gulf, Syria
BoneDust Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 I use it for our tanker and it works fine. Tiramisu Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 Does this work for helicopters? For me it did not.
