Hi guys,
I had to reinstall DCS World after the last update.
I wanted to install the T-45 GosHawK again,

After installing DCS Simulator, it tells me that the T-45 is not an authorized product for DCS and that it will be disabled, I don't know what to do. Who can help me?
Will the T45 no longer be flyable in DCS?   I have an installation error, who can help me please.

It should be under this folder, not the main DCS installation folder.

E:\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft

No, you need to install it in Saved Games. Even if I don't speak Spanish it's clear that you have it under Program Files.
Also. No reason to re-install DCS. Just perform a repair.

Edit: Most common paths are C:\Users\your username\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\Aircraft

Because you have not installed in Saved Games. Pinging @Rudel_chw. Can you provide the correct path in Spanish?

Look the path you have on top of your image: C:\Archivos de programa\Eagle dynamics ... you are installing the Mod on the DCS program's path, were only paid modules should go .. that's why it says "not authorized".

 

Move the VNAO_T45 folder over to C:\Users\your-user\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft\  ... be sure to move it, if you instead copy it then the original folder will still remain within the DCS program path.

here is an update of my scripts file. I'm including here the smoke mod, the suspension mod (I don't recommend this yet.. it adds unrealistic weapons to the T-45C) and the themes mod. I've fixed, but not fully tested, Rudel's training missions, and I'll post a Link to them as soon as DCS approves my User File. Drag and drop the Missions folder into the ..Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\Aircraft\VNAO_T45 folder, overwriting the original. With the added themes icons and mission files, you'll now have single and training missions in the DCS main menu.

the missions zip file has been approved. This linked file gives you a file structure within the Mod giving you training and single player missions. Check out the link here:

@materiagris can you check if at the bottom the "CRS" is boxed. I find that when it is boxed it seems to work.. but I agree, the behaviour is probably incorrect... see attached image.

Thank you very much for your quick response.

Yes, I'm operating with CRS as you can see in this image where I'm at Kutaisi with TACAN 44X and CRS 068 and the CDI segment is not aligned with the runway. The behavior appears to be like before applying the patch you made it.

Other issue I found is that the CDI segment takes a position including those moments the TACAN signal is not available. Before, the CDI segment only used to take a position when the TACAN signal is available. The last issue I found is related with the TACAN signal attached to a Carrier. In that situation the TACAN is not working at all. You can see the TACAN configuration here.

I also attach here the simple training mission with I am checking all those things. The goal is flying from Kobuleti to Kutaisi (TCN 44X, ILS 109.75 and CRS 068), and then from Kutaisi to the Stennis carrier (TCN 116X and CRS 300, in the line from WYPT 1  to WYPT 2).

Looking at your Kutaisi case, I think that may be correct, you are 0.2 NM from the station, and the station is not on the runway...

I will see if I can follow your other issues next..

You have to set the TACAN manually on the carriers, in case you didn't know.

Thank you very much for your time and your effort.

It´s strange. I'm trying with Bankler's Case 1 Trainer and it doesn't work by me. I have the same problem as with the mission I uploaded in my post. I tried to contact with TACAN 74X and CRS 353 first, and then restart the TACAN with F10 menu with same result: No TACAN signal received and no alignment of the CDI segment as you can see in the screenshot below.

There seem to be similar issues with the A-4E mod TACAN too. I suspect a recent DCS update broke something.

i'm having problems with tacan on sinai map (map tacan and user added tacan), it doesn't receive. quick test in caucaso and it works fine.

The T-45 has been around for a long time, but still doesn't support keyboard operation, which makes many players who like the T-45 feel distressed. Has anyone figured out a way to add keyboard function bindings to the T-45? If so, can you send it to me? Thank you.

The T-45 aircraft no longer docks with the carrier, now they say you have to call the carrier to get permission to land on the carrier, obviously the T-45 doesn't have that option.
Does anyone know why?
