I wasn't able to load the Track ... the first step before reporting a bug, is to make sure you are using a clean DCS with just the single T-45 Mod loaded. Hi Rudel, OK Sorry about that, should have thought of that, will get that sorted and There was mention elsewhere of stick lock might be on, will hunt that out and get back. Thank you for replying. 1

I have put Persian Gulf Map, long runway. Did a stir with the stick and all surfaces worked as normal. But I do notice that acceleration is slow, it accelerates like a Chipmunk, only getting to 130KTS by the piano keys at the far end. Your advice appreciated. T45 no mods, very slow acceleration.trk

Blinde Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Could someone make custom .lua with gunpod added? I know T-45 doesn't has it but since og Hawk has it. 1

Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk It’s possible about the toe brakes. The F/A-18C, when setting up my controls, I ran into slow acceleration and had to invert the toe brakes. The way I found out was I taxied with the toe brakes depressed and I knew right away the issue. I have to invert the brakes in "all" my modules and set them as sliders, or they will be half cocked all the time. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk 1
prestupnik Posted October 20 Posted October 20 The Bat, Gen, and Launchbar switches don't work when assigned to separate On/Off buttons. The battery turns on, only when you click the mouse.

(line 21) MFD_thickness = 0.2 i used the following MFD_thickness = 4.2 see the attached screenshots to see the results. as you can see it does make the in cockpit displays unreadable. you can mess around with line 21 and 22 to get the desired effect that suits you. So changed pedals to Right side only for both brakes, and away she went, doubled the speed after initial inertia and leapt into the air. So thank you to both of you, and Rudel who was good enough offer to take a look at my .trk file. All working......until something else crops up, LOL THANK YOU GENTLEMEN 3

I will send the mission to the Mod developers now but in the meantime here is a link to the updated mission: T-45C - Training - M01 Carrier Cold Start (by Rudel_chw).miz and here is a video walkthrough to check it is indeed working: One of the Mod changes I detected probably impact other missions as well, I will check those also over the next few days. flyingcyrus Posted Friday at 08:04 AM Posted Friday at 08:04 AM I spent dozen of hours in the 1.01 version either solo or with friends, and always found this plane VERY enjoyable to fly. That was confirmed by a collegue of mine who is a former AlphaJet pilot in the Patrouille de France. The perfomances of the T45 mod reminded him his beloved "GadJet". So I can't wait getting some freetime to jump again in this new Goshawk. Having said that, would it be possible to update the first page of the topic and add the new download link (which is a bit hard to find among the 60+ pages) ? 3 10700K / 4090 / 32Go / 34" curved Gigabyte / Reverb G1 / Thrustmaster hardware among other harderware things. Slippa Posted Friday at 09:21 AM Posted Friday at 09:21 AM I think this is in better hands being tinkered with by the community. Good to see different people getting involved, doing what they can to improve it and there’s no empty promises and all that goes with official modules. It gets a bit of work here and there, people enjoy it and some that are able to improve it where they can. What would be good is if ED could do more to help the Modders. So much time and effort goes into these things by people that aren’t being paid and time and time again they get so far and come up against a wall. Not everyone can go 3rd party and commit to all that entails and the models, modules and DCS suffer for it. At least those of us that are mere users or ‘pilots’ get to see people that have the know-how tinker away and produce some great things. Cheers to every one of you tinkerers that keep plugging away. Much appreciated, by some of us . Saying all that, I haven’t taken this up for a while, have to put that right and check it out later.. Red Arrows skin and smoke pods o course .

MAXsenna Posted yesterday at 10:00 AM Posted yesterday at 10:00 AM Completely off topic. By chance I came across a new TV series yesterday called "Top Guns: The Next Generation". They seem to use the T-45, and it's on National Geographic, (or your favourite you know what), not on Disney+ in my region yet, if ever. Anyone seen it already? Gonna grab it today.Cheers!
