dinoBIT Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 (edited) I'm guessing it's not implemented yet, but this is my work around for the moment. Select your waypoint Designate your waypoint as target "WPDSG" (so you can see the diamond on the hud) With your TGP boresighted, move your velocity vector over the diamond (Cage/uncage button to boresight TGP) Press TDC depress so your TGP look in that general area Edited July 31, 2019 by dinoBIT

On the other hand, and I know it might not be implemented yet, but what is the quickest way to recenter the TGP? Anyone found a HOTAS Press for that?
falcon_120 Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Cage/uncage button on your hotas boresights TGP Thanks!!
brindle Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Thanks a million! I've watched Wags video several times, thinking I missed something.
Raven68 Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Are you for certain that slaving the pod to a steerpoint is still in development? The work around is good though. Much appreciated. EAF602 Red Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 Easiest way I found how to slave to waypoint is once WP is WPDSG is to match the numbers IE if WP is -25 match TGP to that number and how many degrees off nose IE 20 off your course match the numbers, bit of a pain having no tgt designation on the HUD, unless I',m missing something Red

Harker Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 FYI, the FLIR SENSOR option is now implemented on the SA page. It displays the location the TPOD is pointing at as a box. So you can slew it around and you'll see where it points, on the map. Since your designated TGT waypoint also shows on the map, you can get the TPOD reliably close this way and then fine tune.
