parxuk Posted September 24, 2019 Posted September 24, 2019 I dont spend as much time browsing the forum as I would like, but tonight stumbled across this thread "shaders mod for better VR performance (experimental)" https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=215373 I'm probably the last to the party on knowing about this, but so far i'm really pleased with the performance gain in the few flights i've had, especially in dog fights where the other planes render much better/sharper and dont look like ghosts/blurred vision when looking out the side windows as they fly by. If you havent tried it, it may be worth a look? Haven't needed the shaders mod since I got my Reverb. The Reverb allowed me to get rid of the performance killing PD of 2.0 that I was running with my Rift. This mod parameters can be further added to the in-game settings for VR. The few times I used it, it worked good.
