Would you rather have bugs from the open beta in the stable branch or wait for things to be fixed? If you're impatient, switch over to open beta (using dcs_updater or SkateZilla's GUI).

I'm sure ED wish Open Beta had fewer bugs, so it could be pushed to Stable.

If you don't mind bugs, you could move to the Beta branch, otherwise you'll need wait until they are fixed.

Most bugs and the unfinished products are ported to the stable version anyway, that's why I was asking... It's been unusually long.

It takes like a few minutes to switch between the two. If you want the Viper or whatever switch to beta for a few weeks. I did it once and never went back to stable.

New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, HP Reverb (formermly CV1)

Old-N-busted: i7 4720HQ ~3.5GHZ, +32GB DDR3 + Nvidia GTX980m (4GB VRAM) :joystick: TM Warthog. TrackIR, Rift CV1 (yes really).

I agree you should give the beta a try it has it's problem true but at least you get to experience the new features/models as they come on line. Waiting on a stable update can be a long long wait. I went beta and never looked back. Give it a try, you have nothing to loose but frustration of waiting for a stable update.

Like @Harlikwin mentions.

I have been running OB for so long, that stable is a pain in the butt for me to keep updated.

But, I keep both updated and available, and you can switch with ease once you read through @SkateZilla's excellent guide on updating via the CLI (command line interface.)

You don’t even have to use the command prompt way. Skatezilla has an excellent, free, updater app. Download that and use it to switch between stable and open beta. Once setup you literally only have to press a couple buttons to switch back and forth. Plus you can manage all modules and some 3rd party mods and apps.

No it hasn't. You are just unusually impatient.

And experience even more bugs? No thanks.....
