Will there be any training included with this module to cover more of the complex terminology and other stuff of that nature?

Training missions, and all missions, are a feature of the aircraft modules. We will include some missions in DCS: F/A-18C Hornet that uses Supercarrier.

Thanks

Please include them at launch of SC, delay the launch a few weeks if you must. Looking up stuff online, while you're trying to fly the aircraft isn't practical.

i would prefer to have the module earlier and wait for training videos, this allows people to get used to the module and enjoy it without getting too serious

Yeah... If you need to wait for training modules then please feel free :). I'd rather wing it and maybe crash a few times figuring out or even pause and google. If you'd rather not that's cool :).

Asus Prime X570P, 64GB G-Skill RipJaw 3600

There was a thread about this a while back. I would like a carrier qualification mission set complete with tankers. Similar to the F/A-18 sim from back in the day. Immersion level 10.

That's necessary

You can already practice carrier landings with the free Stennis carrier. There are training missions and simulated LSO scripted missions online. I think that most Hornet owners are actually already familiar with landing on the boat. The main differences will be the crew, the comms, included LSO etc.

Wags will the carrier be a module like a plane or more like a terrain? How will the two interact carrier and f-18. I’m guessing more like the gps mod.

Exactly. An included qualification mission will be awesome.

Landing and takeoff training missions are in game already. Obviously what needs to be added is the new stuff. Correct procedure since now we will have deck crew, as well as reworked ATC. Having this as in-game training missions is standard. Alt tabbing to YouTube while you're flying, is disruptive and downright impossible in VR.

I wouldn't say impossible but definitely inconvenient. Pause/ escape, take headset off, go to browser, put on headset, unpause...

Yes, so let's not do that. Just because it is physically doable that still does not mean that it is possible to do it and actually properly learn something. Point is also to learn the stuff correctly and not based on some assumptions or quick/easy guide and so on. Tutorials are one of the strengths of DCS and it should remain so.
