I'd not see this before and is a great little tweak - so thought I would post over here so others that have missed it can benefit

Here is a pic of how it look ingame --- I use the parameters of:-

period = 65.0;

period_distortion = 10.2;

I'm using this tweak as well.... adds very much to realism... only downsde is it's much harder to distinguish civilian trafic from military where there are singled out units on the road.

can u tell what other mods are on the screenshot ?

(terrain, rodas... and so on)

It Wont let me save the changes, says the path isnt the same, or access denied

You have to change the read only properties of the file first. If using windows explorer, right click the file and select properties. Uncheck the read only box. You should be good to go. Open with notepad or the text editor of your choice.
