Option added for JTAC/AFAC Drones to prioritize air defenses or to choose targets at random. Prioritizing air defenses is the default setting. Extended the F10 Other - Menu options for JTAC/AFAC target status by adding options for the time to display the status pop-up, similar to the active target location options. Fixed an issue in the Caucasus mission where some F10 - Other menu options were duplicated and caused spawning issues. Added method within the RAT.lua to change whether certain RAT spawns start on runway, hot or cold on ramp. These options are not exposed in the mission settings, but can be changed in the lua for ease of future updates for the mission designer. Cleaned up the startup script and settings text and consolidated to a single text box. This status message can be disabled in the mission settings. Also on Syria when I tune to the AWACS I no longer get BRA reports. Was this changed on the Syria server? This thread is for the singleplayer mission, however I can tell you that we have moved away from waypoints since there are many new potential spawn points where most aircraft cant store. Hornet, Viper? EDIT - found the problem, last few versions I forgot to add tanker autospawn functionality back into a reformatted script, fixed. It will be in the next update! sarumax Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Hi, I love this framework but I have some specific questions: How can I pick which airfields / carriers / farps start as RED or blue and where can I make them to be exactly where I want How can I make for instance a mig-27 do cas or bombing instead of only su27s I saw there was no red_cas_mig27 in the templates How can I restrict their weapons and blue weapons in airfields/everywhere to specific ear like cold war. Thanks!

Thanks! You can change which airfields are red or blue in the editor, but there is specific scripting that changes the Random Air Traffic spawns and where back up spawns etc... Aircraft spawns and templates are pretty static in the scripting, I can easily add those, and same goes for the weapons that AI spawn with, those are hard coded for now. I'm hoping to find a more elegant solution for these to be changed based on era, but if you are script savy you can edit those. For airbase weapon restrictions based on era, there is no scripting that will allow for that as far as I'm closely familiar with. It would require a whole new scripting framework or overhaul for that if the scripting API could allow for airfield equipment to be dynamic through scripting. deadlyfishes Posted January 23 Author Posted January 23 Update January 22, 2025 - 1: TTI SP v2.6.1n Fixed an issue where KOREAN WAR had a startup issue due to the ground unit template having an incorrect lua array name Added the ability to change infantry unit types for each era, including the option to change which units appear when WW2 asset pack is enabled Added Russian AK soldier variants 02 and 03 to the unit spawning list and zeus list respectively. They were also added to the default spawning pool lists for infantry ground units. Added a method to change the JTAC/AFAC Drone Laser Code on the fly using a MAP MARKER COMMAND: "-change_jtac_code [enter 4 digit number code of your choice here]" Additionally to the above; There is an F10 Map Menu option to show how to change the laser code while active in-sim. Fixed an issue where Ship Convoy Map markers were not spawning in the correct location Fixed an issue where disabling EWR reports in the settings did not have any effect.
