lcabc888 Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Hi, I just learned how to use the AGM-154C. It works best with waypoints. Can you guys tell me how to give me waypoints in multiplayer so I can let my AGM-154 to work perfectly? Thanks
MTrenda Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 I am assuming you mean the f-18 - here is RedKites video: DCS F/A-18C Hornet PRECISE Waypoints and HSI features - Bing video thanks Falcon MSI Creator X299 - INTEL i9 - 10900X 3.7 GHZ - 32 GB Corsair Dominator DDR4 - EVGA GTX 1080 FTW AC2
lcabc888 Posted December 28, 2020 Author Posted December 28, 2020 OK, I mean to add a waypoint WITHOUT entering a coordinate. Like can we add a waypoint by clicking in the F10 map? Thx I watched the video

Like can we add a waypoint by clicking in the F10 map? Hi, well it is sometimes allowed on MP servers to add mark points on the F10 map that other players can view. However, the mission designer can disable the option to do that. Even if these user marks are allowed, there is now way to use them from within the Hornet other than writing down the coordinates and then manually enter them as new WP. Cheers
Northstar98 Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Yeah, what we're missing is DTC/mission planning capabilities. Something like that other F-16 orientated simulator would be fantastic. 2 Modules I own: F-14A/B, F-4E, Mi-24P, AJS 37, AV-8B N/A, F-5E-3, MiG-21bis, F-16CM, F/A-18C, Supercarrier, Mi-8MTV2, UH-1H, Mirage 2000C, FC3, MiG-15bis, Ka-50, A-10C (+ A-10C II), P-47D, P-51D, C-101, Yak-52, WWII Assets, CA, NS430, Hawk. Sacarino111 Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Hi. And what about markpoints? It's not a proper waypoint but would do the trick. Find the general location of your interest, with radar or TGP, and pres the MK (or mark point) PB on the proper MFD. Then, from waypoint 1, click down arrow and you 'll jump to markpoints. You should have enough for the weapon release needs. Saludos, Saca111
johnmjones1975 Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 yep and it makes it easy to ripple vs 8 targets without having to go thru easily screwed up procedure to change to TOO2, step, undesignate etc; just make 8 mkpts with your Tpod and cycle thru them like they're waypoints
Fahad Posted August 29, 2021 Posted August 29, 2021 You can now! by using mod called TheWay for DCS it's only working now for F-16 and F-18 soo simple and I use it all the time https://github.com/aronCiucu/DCSTheWay
TrichomeCharlie Posted August 30, 2021 Posted August 30, 2021 So I stumbled upon this a few months ago and it was updated yesterday for precise coordinates in the F/A18c. You mark the points on your f10 map using this add on and it will input them into the Hornets computer for you. I havent tried it on MP yet but its saved me time already messing around in SP.
