The area behind the throttle, on the left side of the cockpit :D:smartass: I got my reasons? please? If you look at this photo, where it says:"Left console" Panel 13 in the left console, any chance I can see that. to the OP...spoiler alert...DCS will do a P-51, a Combined Arms, a FC3 addon, and many more 3rd party addons before any F-16....GET OVER IT...in about 4/5 years from your post you can download and play BMS4.0 for all your f-16 needs...it will be updated to DX9 and have a fullyclickable cockpit with selfcasting shadows...Good Luck to you and your 2008 high hopes.. It only takes two things to fly, Airspeed and Money.
