I use a mod manager for all my mods, even in Saved Games, so it's fairly easy to swap'em out and find the culprit. Best of luck! 1

If it is not there in the ME, check if the Icon is there (pretty much to the right of the main menu). If both are - the dcs.log should tell you what is wrong. Sometimes when extracting it extracts the mod-root-folder in the VSN_F104C folder. DCS needs the entry.lua in the mods root folder, the next folder in the "aircraft" folder...I hope this makes sense... 1

A user mod aircraft should be placed only at /saved games/dcs world/mods/aircraft … it can’t also be within the dcs world program folder. 1 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

Make sure you only installed the mod in the saved games folder directory. Also make sure that when you open the F-104 folder in the saved games directory, that there is not another F-104 folder in there. If you open the F-104 folder you should see multiple different folders and some files. The message you see is because you installed it wrong. But to figure out where you made a mistake, we need more infos. Can you attach a screenshot of your explorer with the mod and installation path? Edited Saturday at 09:37 AM by razo+r

Mamakin Posted yesterday at 07:34 AM Posted yesterday at 07:34 AM I don't really know. I just did the procedure from scratch after a slow repair, but still, I don't manage to make the A4 mod work, even if I follow the same procedure. I'll let you known for sure if I figure it out 1

Finally we were able to release the VSN F-104C standalone in an early-access state (V0.99). You can get it here .. Great Mod, I now have enough free time to try it out. A small bug report: I noticed that the Mod includes a Ladder as static object, its type is VSN F104 Crewladder, so I tried it out but found that its textures are missing ... perhaps they are on one of the other F-104 mods? The shape of the ladder itself has the textures of the F-104G. The ladder for the F-104C model is implemented using Arg 805 = 1.0. For your version: search for all three textures with VSN_F104C-09 in the "VSN_F104C" zip file. Copy these from the zip file into the texture folder and change the name from F104C to F104G. 1 Windows 11 Enterprise 64-bit processor AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X 32-core processor 3.90 GHz, installed memory 256 GB (256 GB usable), system type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor 2 x NVIDIA RTX TITAN SLI 48 GB vRAM, 3x 2 TB M2 NVMe WDS200T3XHC Raid, 2x 4 TB M2 NVMe Force MP510 Raid, ERM - 3K3U water cooling, gaming motherboard ROG ZENITH II EXTREME ALPHA Monitor 108 cm ACER PREDATOR CG437K 7680x4320-120Hz, power supply 2000 watts
