Hi, GPS doesn't seem to be of any help in 2020 missions either, you still get substantial drift. 18 hours ago, Gryzor said: Bump. I have TGP HUD not aligned with TPOD. This has ben fixed? Hey, we would need a track reply to see whats happening in your mission.

Dreher875 Posted April 4 Posted April 4 (edited) I'm having the same issue. Tgp hud marker is not pointing where it should. I've even tried using the hmcs to mark a point in vis mode. Tgp will look somewhere different. It'll be somewhat close. But not good enough. The maverick hud marker seems to suffer the same issue. It's definitely not fixed. Edited April 4 by Dreher875

INS drift or TGP misalignment? "Subsonic is below Mach 1, supersonic is up to Mach 5. Above Mach 5 is hypersonic. And reentry from space, well, that's like Mach a lot."
szymixzmb Posted April 7 Posted April 7 @BIGNEWY As discussed, I am attaching the track file from Arctic Thunder mission where this issue occurs. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fuaFzYLXN1b1VEY7N5v5hAMnCbekuadd/view?usp=drive_link
szymixzmb Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Hi @BIGNEWY @NineLine can we remove fixed tag? Maybe it was fixed before but now it is still broken. May I ask for taking a look at this? 2
Dreher875 Posted April 16 Posted April 16 (edited) So. I did a few tests. Playing on multiplayer, contention to be specific, every cold start I have, even with hmd alignment, the hud marker is way off. I went into ME tonight just to practice with bombs and did an air start. Hud marker aligned with tgp perfectly. I believe that folks, including myself, are switching to nav from stored heading to early. Edited April 16 by Dreher875
szymixzmb Posted April 16 Posted April 16 @Dreher875 I had exactly the same outcome however not tried on multiplayer. For me norm and stored heading gives the same outcome, I switch to NAV after RDY on DED 1

Campaigns can have a lit of scripted stuff so for bug reporting a short sweet sp mission is best if possible. Thanks! 1 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Kurdes Posted April 20 Posted April 20 (edited) Can also confirm this problem! Only when starting from runway or in the air the hud marker is aligned with the tgp. Not perfect aligned but workable, like 5 meters. If Starting from ramp or hot parking the deviation is 100 meters or so! Same with the HMCS. Please fix this. Edited April 20 by Kurdes
szymixzmb Posted April 23 Posted April 23 I tried to replicate it in the mission editor and it works well there, I will investigate further
