Oh, you meant the OP. All clear now. AH-1G is just a WIP unofficial mod. A-6E is officially planned as full fidelity DCS module by HB. They also plan to do some Navy variant of F-4 in the undefined future.

Missing A-1H Skyrider on progress by Crosstail studios

B-52H has no a module for DCS World, has part of the ED release AI units in early 2024 with the S-3B and B-1B and other AI assets. None 3rd Party or ED has claimed B-57B, OV-10A, AH-1G, A-4E, F-105, O-1E, O-2A modules, many have only mods.

Yeah I know, it's just nice someonew is showing some love. I doin't think it requires a base module or anything. Glad to see he is taking his time.

*We would still need an A-37B Dragonfly, B-26K Invader, Mod for F-5E taking it back to the (A) model and an AT-28 Trojan. The OV-1 Mohawk and PV-2 Neptune could be AI Assets.

I think we'd want the "Shark Tail BUFF" or "Big Belly  BUFF", at LEAST as AI....

...but ideally maybe as flyable units? I mean, I  don't see B-52's becoming FF modules any time soon,  or possibly even ever... but maybe at FC level as a real nice mod perhaps?

I have not really seen an all-encompassing Vietnam aircraft thread so I thought I would kick it off.  Below is a list of what we already have (includes the higher fidelity mods), what is coming, and what I would like to see brought to the game, either by devs or mod makers such as Tobi and 8-ball's Cayuse. 

There are a handful of these aircraft already in MSFS that I have shot some videos on.  I did this for a brief demonstration of what it would possibly be like flying the aircraft if brought to DCS.  Obviously, no combat scenarios but I focused all the flights over Vietnam.  I will have several more videos coming in the future. 

I hope to drum up some interest with scout aircraft and cargo planes along with some heavy helos since we have the C-130 and CH-47 coming.  The Cayuse mod has become an absolute favorite of mine and is a blast to fly in coop/multiplayer with the team as a scout.  I will post a video below of one of our missions over the Marianas recently. 

Look forward to hearing the feedback and what everyone has to say.  I would highly encourage everyone to research the aircraft below.  Some of the observation aircraft tend to be overlooked because there is an assumption they were not armed.  I feel like these aircraft are going to bring value to DCS when the dynamic campaign comes on line, SAR missions becoming a reality, and we start incorporating recon flights with cameras.

Just from a curious perspective, was this a third-party dev or someone making a free mod?  Were they able to say why they could not make it?  I would be very interested.  Appreciate the rest of your feedback.

Yeah it was a free MOD of an existing MOD they had. I posted a thread a while back with a boatload of 105 data. I was only missing the Nonnuclear Wewapons Delivery Manual. He said the mind is willing but the flesh is weak.

After Nevada, Persian Gulf, Syria, Sinai, Afghanistan and Iraq, our mouths are full of dry sand!  We want hot, humid, sticky, rainy, green, green, green, big trees!  We want SEA!!   Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos...1972.  We see how large maps like Afghanistan and Iraq are being handled.  Do the same with SEA.  It needs to be about 650 nm east-west and 925 nm north-south.  But only about 40% of that needs to be high detail.

We threw together a dynamic coop mission we fly on the Mariannas right now.  Works as a good filler for Vietnam until we actually get a Vietnam map.  It will work even better when they release the WW2 version of the Marianas.

Much appreciated!  We are working on getting the CSAR script ironed out and then we will be releasing this for free on the user files.  It is a blast to fly solo as well.  Everything is dynamically spawned in, including CSAR missions.

Vegetation doesn't look Central European imho and the buildings to the right give of a bit of an South-East Asian vibe if you ask me...
