Hello All! Up until yesterday afternoon I got this message after coming back from a little break. I looked at all of "BIGNEWY's" post and others from the community. Not one fix. So I decided to do a complete uninstall then reinstall this morning. As I went in to  play DCS I wanted to add a few modules and maps but they where all missing! I then went to my DCS account and to my amazement all my active licenses and serial numbers I paid for are not to be found! I don't use "STEAM".  Holy crap!  I really hope someone or better yet a staff member can help me with this nightmare! I'm sure DCS have all records of all modules and maps and other downloads that people have purchased. Please help!

Just a quick reminder! I lost all my purchased info in a last move! I don't think a support ticket will help me. I may be doomed...

Sorry, you already did that seemingly. I overread this. Best, you open a ticket with the support.

No point in trying to install any module using batch if it's not visible on ED site in orders history of your account.

You said you don't use Steam now. Did you use it to buy these modules in the past, though? There have been some very recent changes related to how Steam and non-Steam accounts can / cannot be linked.

i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

No friend, Bought only from DCS. I have no licenses since I purchased my modules and maps post 2020. I lost most of my order numbers from a past move 😞

Go to https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/ , log in with your account at the top of the page. Then click "profile" and click "Go" on the left in the licensing section. You should then be able to see all of your purchases and licenses:

Well, then your only option would be to open a support ticket: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/. Or you logged into a different account (happened to me once, had an old account with a different mail and no licenses)

Ok M8! It looks like I used a wrong account! I'll keep you posted... Thank all the same!

Ok! Downloaded the modules I wanted and all is great for now. Thanks again all!!

the correct account is key. once you log in within DCS you will have all you modules in the module manager. enable them by using the slider. the game will restart and you will have all of them downloaded and installed.

Yes, 403, thank you, now it is OK - I had to unbind my account - which I never bound myself, by the way, as I used only Steam version.
