Forum menu button (top right) too small

This tick box is way too small for comfort (especially on a phone):

 

Tapping just outside it, opens up the DCS website, which is very annoying.

For those who are active on this forum, this is a daily annoyance when trying to check out notifications.

 

I managed to capture the actual "button" size here:

 

My request is to increase the size of that button to something like this:

This used to not be an issue. I have a pretty regular sized phone (Samsung A54) and my fingertips are quite small, but still half the time I try to press the button I mention in my OP, I get redirected to ED's website.

I will mention it to the team, but just tested on my Android phone and it seems to work fine for me, i am use a Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G

I know it works, but the actual "click" box size has been reduced significantly. This was changed somewhere around September 2023 in some forum update I think.

Also using Samsung.

I've got something to add:

When I zoom in to the menu icon, so that it almost fills the whole screen, I can check that the area right of the icon does nothing.

It does not direct you to www.dcs.world

And it does not open the menu, of course.

It is useful to know that, because until this may be fixed/tuned some day, I always aim with my fingertip to this right side and get with 90% of the tries to the menu I want to open.

(The rest of the time I get to DCS.world too, though)

Hi @BIGNEWY,

Can you confirm this will be addresed by the webdesign person/team?

As someone who visits this forum everyday, this tiny button is a pretty much an everyday annoyance.

 

As posted before, I'm asking kindly to increase the size of this button on the top right:

 

Right now it's just too small for comfort on a phone screen.

Tapping only a fraction outside this button and you hit the DCS banner and proceed to the DCS website.

Should be an easy fix, yet big QOL improvement for forum users.
