All USAF F-22s were grounded for two weeks after the crash, but resumed operations after a review was completed. And now after 25 March crash I can't find any piece of information about grounded F-22s. Is it not unusual? In Russia in last time after almost all plane crashes a planes of the same type were grounded for week or two, like it happens with L-39s after fatal crash in 03-18-2009 near Krasnodar-city (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=39487 ).

Pilotasso Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 If the pilot went too far in his manuever, usualy in contact with the tower, there might be indications that there werent of the aircraft iself, otherwise the pilot would have reported it and the other planes would have stayed grounded for anomaly corrections. Another intriguing asspect is that I read at F-16.net that apparently the pilot didnt try to eject and was carried to the hospital. Wich leads me to believe that the plane might have crashed from low altitude. The pilot tried to save the aricrat till the last minute? .

They look at every maintenance action done on the aircraft in last several months. Ensure all personnel that work on it and that the pilots had all required training. They go through the wreckage, etc. To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..
