Draken35 Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 Is there a kebind to move the Grease aiming mark? I find very difficult to move with Hand Controllers or mouse in VR.
Rhinozherous Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 +1, Would be nice to move it with keybinds! 1 i7-14700KF 5.6GHz Water Cooled /// ZOTAC RTX 4070 TI Super 16GB /// 32GB RAM DDR5 /// Win11 /// SSDs only DCS - XP12 - MSFS2020

Semaphore Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 Does one have to adjust the Grease Mark every game or are the new setings persistent?
Jenrick Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 I'm not having to "re-zero" every time I load up DCS, so I'm assuming they persist. 1
Moxica Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 I can only move it up or down with the mouse. Need to move it left. Any mouse movement seem to move the mark vertically. Jenrick Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 So far no, but that apparently is under consideration. 2

I play in VR and I keep thinking I’ve got some dirt on my lenses. I’ll get used to it though. 1
WilloUK Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 would be good though if u could bind some keys or axis on your throttle/ collective or stick as not to have to take hands off and use mouse while flying ?
Jenrick Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 You mean to move it? I just used active pause to set it up, and then left it.

Jenrick Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 It's a stored value, so set is and forget it in SP should work. 1
Slippa Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Are you on about moving it, as in, adjusting it, or removing it by moving it out of sight somehow? I could only move it up or down a bit but can’t remove it altogether.
Bailey Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 You can modify or get rid of the grease pen by modifying DCS Install\CoreMods\aircraft\OH-58D\Textures\58d_grease_01.dds. Bailey Posted June 20, 2024 Posted June 20, 2024 (edited) I wasn't able to mod in keybinds. I'm able to do it on the streamdeck via DCS-Interface though. YoYo Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 +1, however I have feeling that one set up saves it for next loading as well, so not needing to modify it each time? 2 Webmaster of http://www.yoyosims.pl Win 10 64, i9-13900 KF, RTX 4090 24Gb OC, RAM 64Gb Corsair Vengeance LED OC@3600MHz,, 3xSSD+3xSSD M.2 NVMe, Predator XB271HU res.2560x1440 27'' G-sync, Sound Blaster Z + 5.1, TiR5, [MSFS, P3Dv5, DCS, RoF, Condor2, IL-2 CoD/BoX] VR fly only: Meta Quest Pro
