DCoffey Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 (edited) I updated to latest version, now it crashes on launch. I did cleanup and I did repair, still crashes. I updated nvidia to latest drivers, still crashes. What am I missing? Yes I removed all MODS Edited July 19, 2024 by DCoffey
Spetz Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 Not much info above to help but if you are running VR with a Quest 2/3 and OpenXR toolkit, Oculus app Ver 68 is not compatible with OpenXR toolkit. Either disable OpenXR TK or disable public beta to roll back oculus to Ver 67. if you aren’t running a Quest, then I have no idea.

DCoffey Posted July 19, 2024 Author Posted July 19, 2024 To add more info, it works in ST flat, but not VR and neither mode with MT

Flappie Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 @DCoffey Try to opt out of the Oculus beta program, or disable OpenXR Toolkit if you are using it, just like @Spetz told you. ---
Solution DCoffey Posted July 20, 2024 Author Solution Posted July 20, 2024 Happy to announce I found my problem, for some reason the onboard GPU was causing the crashes. Never had a problem prior to this update, but it must have something to do with picking a video card. I disabled the onboard card via the device manager and DCS works as expected. Don't know if it will help anyone else but it resolved my problem. Thanks all that helped! 3
