This is possible as long as someone from ED (development or support department) confirms that the refund can be made as an exception. ED Team NineLine Posted 14 hours ago Author ED Team Posted 14 hours ago From the first post: Quote Steam refunds are based on the play time of the core game, not the individual module. It is their policy and they handle the refunds. As we understand it, no refunds have been accepted by Valve. All modules continue to work, aside from the current radar issues with the F-15E which we hope will be addressed sooner than later. South Atlantic continues to be updated and as I stated above, the other older modules we plan to make sure they continue to work into the foreseeable future. This still holds true for now. If something major happens, this may change, but as it stands now, we are still in the same holding position, sorry. 3 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**

Just to clarify — Steam Support told me they can consider a refund as an exception, but only if Eagle Dynamics confirms that it authorizes such a refund (due to the current state of the F-15E module). Would it be possible for ED to issue a general statement like: “We authorize refunds for Steam purchases of the F-15E module in exceptional cases, if Steam deems it appropriate.” That would really help move things forward with Steam. Thank you! You can try a support ticket and see if they can help you, but I don't think we have quite thrown in the towel yet on the F-15E, so while we understand some wanting to, we are hoping people will try and stick it out. 5 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**

I understand the idea that players should try to stick it out — but this situation has gone on long enough that I personally have little hope for a positive resolution anytime soon. Even if someone wanted to stick it out, the module isn’t even available for purchase anymore — it was removed from both Steam and ED’s own store months ago. That alone shows how serious the situation is. Players deserve the option of a refund, even on Steam, especially under these circumstances. I fully understand Valve’s refund policy (within 14 days / under 2 hours of playtime), but Steam Support confirmed to me that an exception can be made — if ED explicitly authorizes it. If things ever truly get resolved and the F-15E returns to sale, I’d be willing to buy it again. So yes — it’s still technically possible, but it depends on ED. And I think it's only fair for them to take some responsibility here and help users who bought/supported the module in good faith. 1 F-15E | F-16C Viper | F/A-18C | Flaming Clifs Ka-50 Black Shark | Mi-24P Hind| Mi-8MTV2 Ryzen R5 3600 | Zotac RTX 3060 | HyperX 32 GB 3200 MHz | MSI B550-A pro | MSI MPG A750GF | 2x Samsung 980 pro 1TB NVMe
