I can't seem to find a setting that gives me zero clouds, with no haze. If I need a mod, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I honestly don't mess with it, and on a "clear day" it seems normal to me, and so on.

Sharpening and gamma helps a bit.

Other than that, there is a mod called “atmospheric haze reduction” or something along those lines.

zero clouds

You can only select "nothing" as the clouds preset but it'll still show some cirrus in a 6 minutes cycle and it's independent of the map.

Is this reported @Flappie?

Here's an image (F2 view). The red circle indicates where a M270 group has 10 rockets in the air, near the 'large smoke' at about 13 nm, Reaper at 10k'. "Nothing" selected for weather.

This is normal?

There's a recent internal request for a completely cloud-free preset, yes.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe "nothing" is still a leftover setting from the older sprite clouds, which is why it looks the way it does. The only way to use the new weather system is to enable one of the existing templates.

Does that include a reduction the the infernal haze that permeates the entire scene?

It appears so. If only 'nothing' were true...

No idea. We'll see once it's done.
