dggoofy Posted September 27 Posted September 27 (edited) Hi, I don't know if it's an issue, butnull here is how my ASI looks like (metric, english, native, imperial setting doesn't matter). Is this correct ? Because it doesn't look like that on Wags' video. Cheers Dan Edited September 27 by dggoofy 1

Cheers Dan On the latest patch, if you use the Default cockpit in the special options (Cyrillic cockpit) with Metric as your units, you'll get this TAS indicator: If you use the English cockpit with Imperial units, you'll get this TAS indicator: If you use the English cockpit with Metric units, you'll get this TAS indicator: Edited September 27 by DSplayer 3 1 Discord: @dsplayer Setup: R7 7800X3D, 64GB 6000Mhz, Saitek/Logitech X56 HOTAS, TrackIR + TrackClipPro Resources I've Made: F-4E RWR PRF Sound Player | DCS DTC Web Editor Mods I've Made: F-14 Factory Clean Cockpit Mod | Modern F-14 Weapons Mod | Iranian F-14 Weapons Pack | F-14B Nozzle Percentage Mod + Label Fix | AIM-23 Hawk Mod for F-14
Schlomo1933 Posted September 28 Posted September 28 Put this please into the bug section . That’s clearly a bug 1
Dirty Rotten Flieger Posted September 30 Posted September 30 The English, Metric TAS indicator is confusing . The big needle is Mach and the little needle is Knots? or the other way around? I just want Mach and KPH like the Russian cockpit with out Knots. I can't do that?

The big needle is Mach and the little needle is Knots? or the other way around? … Thick is Mach. Thin is TAS. It should be metric if the cockpit is set to metric. 1 Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Dirty Rotten Flieger Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I tested the TAS indicator on English,Imperial and after take off It was 650 ish knots for Mach 1 at tree level. Tested the English, Metric and it was over Mach 1.2 at 650 knots. Same mission and airfield. Identical conditions. English metric is bugged. I really hope they give us option to fly with English cockpit and Russian metric units. This is how the MiG21bis works and I have thousands of hours in it. 1

In special options - English cockpit In options - units - metric It does, but annoyingly this changes the entire game into metric. I grew up with metric only so not a big deal, but I'd rather have my game settings detached from the module, i.e. I'd like to be able to leave my game generally in imperial (the more common units in aviation,) but still fly aircraft with metric instruments in metric. For example having the game set to imperial doesn't change the Viggen to be in feet and knots, which is exactly how I like it. I also don't want to take away the option for people to have their metric jets in imperial.
