Seriously, the older versions of the fighter shouldn't be classified, and the European aircraft would go nicely with the US and Russian aircraft. Anyways, that hope is gone, now that the upcoming aircraft is only going to be narrowed down from DCS: US Fixed Wing aircraft. If I had a choice of American aircraft, I would pick an aircraft that is fairly well rounded, not CAS or A-A specified, and not something modeled to utter death, the F-16, ruling out that, F-15C, F-14, (It is swept-wing anyway). The F-15E is too classified, along with the F-18E, so my best guess is... F-18C Hornet, some old avionics but still a good aircraft. However... no one knows if ED has another contract...
