Gys and Valery F-15C Eagle

3GO Su-27 Flanker

TOMCATZ New Control Tower

Must install with Modman version 7.2.

-Fixed bug where only one skin was being utilized.

-Included all 99 skins by SIMMOD for A-10A instead of stock list of just 9.

-Fixed A-10A cockpit placement bug.

-Merged 'A-10.lua' and 'Copy of A-10A.lua' together.

-Included Tomcatz new control tower.

-Fixed LockOn Multiplayer launch bug where LockOn would crash.

-Fixed skin list for F-15C to read skins included in Gys's and Valery's mod and not the default.

I'm having an issue. Can anyone confirm if they are able to change the A-10 skins in the mission editor? No matter which skin I select, I only see the grey one.

Ughhh don't tell me that:doh:. I just tried the same and gives me the same result. I don't know why it is doing this though, it still shows different skins when used online or in a different mission. It definitely must be a programming error within the game because I see no cause of what it could be. Script programming and coding is right, there are no errors. Maybe ED/DCS should look at the support for multiple skins.

Again i must say that this mod make all helicopter S-8 type rockets dissapear from the helicopters. ALso the fuel tanks are missing, and the gunpod became a weird 2D effect.

 

I am 99% sure that the containertable.sht is the guilty file.

 

The only A-10 mod that works perfect for me is ModMan_SimmodA10forFC2_Skypat10.zip, mod that d not install containertable.sht.

 

I have installed the merge mode with all three aircrafts and the weapons dissapeared. Then i have unistalled and reinstall the mod above, and all the rockets, fuel tanks and gunpods are ok.

 

This is why for now i prefer to install F-15C mod for FC 2.0 as a stand alone, and do the same with the 3Go Su-27 and the A-10 Simmod

I will take note of that for the next release. Since it only effects helicopters there isn't a total need to have to update the pack again right now. Thanks for the heads up and I will try to have it fixed next time.:doh:

With FC2 and BS soon to merge, the helicopters are very important to many of us. Ive unistalled your mod for now, and look forward to your next release.

Does it do that for all the skins for you? If so, its on your end, not the mods. You may have a corrupt FC2 install. I suggest updating your video card software and driver.

I tried out TOMCATZ Control Tower mod and saw a problem of the tower apearing in weird places, for example on one of the bases the radio tower was on taxiway to get to aircraft conctrete shelter effectively blocking the way so I uninstalled it :noexpression:
