Bucic Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) Now you got me. Nice surprise! Congratulations on the good progress! I guess that from all the A-10 projects that has been in the works the last decade yours will be the first one successful. I can imagine how satisfying it must be. I guess I won't wait for Direct2Drive 50% off sale this time, as I did with DCS BS ENG;) Well I'm in and glad to be....... Just never thought that i`d happily pay money to be part of a beta, but there ya go.......If i`m gonna do it, i would never consider doin it anywhere else! Thanks ED Next thing you know, you'll be happily paying for mugs and T-Shirts 'from the upcoming DCS module' after Warthog :D As for the busy servers etc., get on it people and upload it to http://www.mediafire.com for uploaders: - Free account - 200 MB parts - bulk uploader for downloaders: - no waiting - high speed downloads - few parts can be downloaded simultaneously http://www.mediafire.com/tour.php http://www.mediafire.com/select_account_type.php Edit: Online achievement tracking, dynamic campaign, and chat rooms Are you sure? :D Edited October 5, 2010 by Bucic F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close

Now that's out of the way I have to have a quick talk with the Wife and explain why our finances are in order to invest in new software. menendezdiego Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Any idea when the mediafire link will be available Bucic? Much appreciated, Diego
Thunderbird Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 duh! if i wanna upload in FTP server it takes some time
Bucic Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) Any idea when the mediafire link will be available Bucic? Much appreciated, Diego Unfortunately not anytime soon. I can download only from ftp's and they are all busy. The fastest way would be for someone who already has a full download to upload to mediafire. If we have a volunteer I'm willing to send him a password for my mediafire account. Wait... It started... 4 MB/s Just make sure you don't quit on your torrent attempt. There is always a chance that my upload will be corrupted. In the meantime get JDownloader. It will lower the risk of corrupted downloads. Some browsers may produce corruptions when downloading few large files in parallel. I'll try to find out if it's possible to prepare a monkey-proof package for JDownloader for people new to this brilliant app. Edited October 5, 2010 by Bucic F-5E simpit cockpit dimensions and flight controls Kill the Bloom - shader glow mod Poor audio Doppler effect in DCS [bug] Trees - huge performance hit especially up close

Bucic Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 (edited) I've started uploading at 2 Mb/s. You can monitor the progress or even start downloading files one by one by visiting the following link http://www.mediafire.com/?govnia01sa6ys It's safe. Only fully uploaded files are shown. EDIT: Approx. 4 hours to finish if I'll manage to set all up before I go to work. Unfortunately I get upload errors on mediafire. Most probably is my network service provider's fault. Sorry. I can still provide my pass though. On the other hand creating a new free account takes 5 minutes... Callsign.Vega Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Forget the regular downloads, do the torrent. I am getting 2 mbyte/sec with the torrent on my fiber line. I'll be playing in a few minutes woot. GPU: RTX 4090 - 3,000 MHz core / 12,000 MHz VRAM. Bucic Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 I would advise torrent too but in most cases mediafire has speed advantage over torrents. Thunderbird Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 my advise is use the http download with any download accelerator and it should be good
Callsign.Vega Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 http download was going tremendously slow for me, torrent is screaming. GPU: RTX 4090 - 3,000 MHz core / 12,000 MHz VRAM. Orbit for example allows to add mirrors and it will also try to supplement them with torrent source automatically.
