HAHAHA, that would NOT be me :D

I saw one pop up on my car few years ago while I was driving, the thing scared the shit out of me... even though he was outside of the car I still had to stop on the side of the road ASAP and get it off the car :) Even though they are harmless and more helpfull rather then dangerous, they are just so huge and give me the creeps

I live in germany and I had an Experience with a "Kreuzspinne", roughly translated, Cross Spider

while I was driving in my car. (see an image of that creature). It was Summer (she always comes up at the end of summer). She was pushed into the car, through the open window and landed directly on my legs. But as a non arachnophobe, I behaved like the man in the video...oh, hello sweety, what are you doing here..:D.

She is harmless, although she can bite a human. But the poisen is like an wasp hit, so painfull but not dangerous, she only would bite if she feels attacked. So I took her on my hands and let her took a seat right next to me, stoped the car and let her, out...honestly I was scared in the very first moment.

But I would get scared of same of the Australian monsters...

what do you mean? Arachnophobia?

I hate spiders, roaches and snakes, not in that order.

Huntsman are nothing to worry about. You get them from time to time.

Have had one in my car whilst driving not much smaller than the example shown in your vids.

They are ugly lookin buggers and even though I know they are harmless i stopped as quickly and safely as i could to get the bugger out.

In houses they will usually hide in the corners of your ceiling. Givin you a quick wtf!!! when you turn the light on. Harmless!!! chase away with a broom they are not aggressive in anyway to humans unlike the funnel web which when provoked will let you know it wants to kick your ass.

We have redback (black widow) and funnel web which are way more nasty. They are the two baddies that all schoolkids know to stay away from. The funnel web is the baddest and you have to be extremely stupid (stick your hand in holes hence the name funnel etc...) or just unlucky to get bit by one.

Spiders in general i dont worry about but cockroaches my god i will run like a woman for the baygon then become Colonel Kilgore when I am armed. But it still sucks for me cause i hate the bug spray smell and try and use the least amount possible. (If it kills them it cant be good for you)...

F*#%^& roaches

Huntsman..

sure, no problem have stories, been bitten once when i was a child my father put me in my car seat as a 4or 5 year old? and a huntsman had taken refuge in the seatbelt slot. bit me on the neck. yes they do bite..

when riding my kawasaki, huntsman decided to hide under my fairing and thaught it would be fun to jumped out up on to my arm while at a set of traffic lights, but brushed him off and tried to stomp on him while not allowing myself to drop the bike. (probably looked funny from sitting in a car)

huntsman.. they are harmless really, try having a shower knowing a funnelweb could be down the drain pipe, or maybe a redback under the toilet seat.

a friend of mine, keeps pet funnelwebs & milks there venom

after doing so, he 'plays' with them

ah huntsmen

worst i saw was when i was a kid, it was about 18cm across..arrogant fker just sitting on the wall thinking it was camoflaged against the white wall. yeh right. i was eating my cereal before school and couldnt take my eyes off it in case it made a move...

then there was the one that ran across my windscreen and down the side of my car, at night whilst driving. I was too gutless to open the door in case it would pounce on me or get inside the car, so i went thru a McDOnalds drive thru, wound down the window 2cm and asked the girl if she could see the spider :) In retrospect, i should have written the request on a piece of paper, rather than risk winding the window down...

went to work in the UK for a few years and initially was happy, thinking i had escaped big ass spiders for awhile. But some of their garden spiders get large n chunky. And few Brit houses have mesh for when the windows are open...meaning spiders come and go as they please.

I was working on a laptop one night, on top of a small chest of drawers. A massive garden spider crawled out from the bottom of the left hand side of the drawers near my feet. As soon as it realised i had seen it, it ran back behind the drawers. I dived for the nearest can of Mortein (other brands are available), and thought back to my CounterStrike days "what would i do, if i were the spider?...i would sneak out the right hand side of the drawers instead".

So i waited at the right hand side...and sure enough, a minute later, one leg wrapped itself around the edge of the drawers, then a second and third (think face-huggers in Aliens). Then the spider realised i was ready n waiting, and ducked back behind!

THat was enough, i pulled the drawers from the wall and sprayed 2/3 of the can of mortein on him..he just wouldnt go down for about 20mins. He had the last laugh though, i inhaled so much of the mortein, i sad severe coughing problems for the next 2 months.

i hate spiders more than manpads.

Tree dwelling funnel webs are funny especially if you have to run through their webs up a hill. The most annoying thing about Aussie is the long grass and standing on stuff that moves as you walk through it.:D

makes me actually thinking that I am happy to live in Europe, where the spiders might become huge (some kinds) but not really dangerous.
