I'm so conflicted, do I check out the new patch first or attempt to lube up my TM Warthog? Both arrived at the same time. I'm afraid I'll screw up my WH and not be able to check out the patch, yet I am anxious to see how lubing the WH will work.

Just as an FYI; I rent a torrent "seedbox" and will be seeding this torrent 24/7. Hopefully it will help out some of you. The upload on the seedbox is very fast.

Have any Helios/Multi monitor users installed yet?

 

A) Will Helios still patch and work correctly

 

B) My custom LUA files in the monitor setup folder, with modified display ports; will they still work if I back up and replace the files in the new install?

 

Any word on this would be appreciated!

If you had working settings which were OK with version 1.1.0.8 (and v 1.1.0.9 patch messed them up), what's the situation now? The newest patch will not go back to pre-1.1.0.9 when it comes to .lua (exporting MFCD, RWR etc.)? :confused:

 

If you still have v 1.1.0.8 with working helios setup, the 1.1.1.0 patch will mess it up?

Wow, I just checked how much I've uploaded the patch on bitorrent - 38GB thus far. Waaay more than I expected. Guess there are a lot of people who want this patch :) The faster everybody gets it, the faster we get more people back in multiplayer.

Not a problem. I just checked how much I've uploaded the full install...100GB. I thought 38GB was a lot. Looks like there is only three seeders for the full version.

Here is how the exporting seems to be working.

MFD's exports are similar to 1109 but to turn off incockpit displays is different see here for instructions

RWR is now like BS2 exports see here for instructions on how to do it. (Full credit for this goes to Hellfrog_C6 as it was his work in BS2 that led me to this fix)

 

All the other exports seem the same as 1109.

 

IF you had it working in 1109 you will be fine with just fixing the RWR export. If you have 1108 you are just going to have to fiddle with the x/y coordinates until you get what you want.

 

It looks as if EMC will not work for 1110.
