Those look great and the (EWMU) CSMP panel looks great with the new knobs I had just received the new style bright knob and the smaller mode select 22.73 inch diameter base instead of 25.5 inch neither is marked with a part number i was assured the larger was correct ,and did not realize the actual knob is a bit small than the current replica knob until i took it off my new EWMU panel for casting. If any one is interested in the two new knobs please pm me thanks

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Hi I use knobs from actual real panels or simulator panels from the A-10A and C. To cast the replicas i have been selling.

I am not flying the KA 50 so I have no idea what the chick head knobs is. I don't have access to aKA50 or any drawing of its panels or knobs so I really don't have any thing to work from So i don't think there is any chance for those knobs

Oxygen regulators switches are not on the list mostly because you can pick one up on eBay for next to nothing. If you keep an eye out a little paint and some creativity with switches and you have one for cheaper than I can sell the switches

The panels should they are real Photo etch panels from a simulator. That is where the original knobs came from to make each mold.

As far as an on going sale no usually when some one asks me to make some thing and I have the supplies on hand or as in the case with the ACES II sticker set i have a few extra. I kept back on the main order in case one is lost in the post. that i now have on hand for sale

In the case of the knobs there are two types of knobs back light clear knobs that the purchaser will need to paint (I have tutorial in one of the knob threads) I all so still have some of the resin in storage.

Then there are the solid knobs that I add a die to the resin to make them gray or flat black. That specific resin I am out of. I do have a white resin that is made to be painted. I may be able to use, I am not sure though how long the paint would stay on. Your knobs are touched much more than the cockpit handles. The white resin was used in casting the cockpit handles that I have a few left over still.

The other problem with the resin is i need to mix a minimum quantity of the resin for each pour. The reason i can not all ways make individual knobs. And the main reason for a limited run of the knob production limited space for the equipment it is boxed up in storage and to get enough member in to the run so I can make both full sets and possibly a few one offs for guys that need them .

At the moment I am more focused on finishing the cockpit plans after a total rework so you wont meed a CNC to build your pit.

Sorry if this is an obvious question DM, but are you offering complete panels by any chance ?

I am gearing up to make a bunch of stuff, but as I have no started and I also accept I will do a less than excellent job seems pointless to start if I can get a better part right off the shelf ?

Hi I have not made complete control panels or just the back plates and light plates. I am still slowly working on drawing of the complete cockpit.
