see, compiling is my issue, lol... if it were copy/paste and then boot DCS and test it'd be one thing,

Copy/paste, then compile.... I cant do.

Download Visual Studio Express

http://www.visualstudio.com/en-US/products/visual-studio-express-vs

Open the solution, iirc you need to add an additional library (GeneralFilter.lib), first answer here:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4445418/how-to-add-additional-libraries-in-c

Build the solution and then copy the dll to your mod folder.

I'll give it a look this weekend, pretty sure I already have the software, just never used it.

I have no idea what I'm doing at the moment, so compiling a DLL isnt gonna happen,

Everything else is .h isnt it?

.h is what is called Header files and is one of two types of files used in C/C++ code (the other being Source files, .c/.cpp). It needs to be compiled along with source file.

Well, give a man a fish... eh screw that, here I compiled it for you :D Pull hard and watch the stabilator move.

Huh? Please elaborate.

Plane Elevators go crazy and plane just stalls out of the sky, from 300 knots to 150 or so,

It goes into a free fall about 1 second after I press Start, I try to stabilize it, I get into a nose dive and get up to 200 or so knots and the elevators pull the Aircraft up without any input from me, and put it right back into the stall.

Will record a video tonight if I have time.

it seems that when I stall, it automatically puts max deflection on the elevators, and then fights back and forth uncontrollably, putting smiley's dll back resolves the issue.

wasnt able to get video as I had limited time,

I'm actually not able to get the gear working here for some reason, but I think I exported my Collision EDM Wrong, as it's only 1KB lol.

Here's a video-demonstration:

I understand that,

Now go into level flight, lower throttle, bleed off some speed without pulling throttle all the way back, get to about 200 knots level, then pull back on the stick, once you initiate a stall, the computer puts max deflection on the elevators and they flicker back and forth between both max deflection values and neutral regardless of neutral stick position,

Even after I stabilize and try to gain some speed the computer forces a pull out at 160 knots which puts it right back in a stall, will try and get video tonight, it may just be an issue on my end.

Will also post the F-16C Block 25 Cockpit EDM, I just have to make some adjustments to the glass transparency.

Keep in mind this Cockpit is just as a stand in, the Cockpit was built by ravenclaw_007 for the Thirdwire Games and is not 100% 6DoF Modeled. And is being used with his permission, and cannot be modified or used for profit, etc etc etc.

none of the gauges are animated, as the systems dont exist anyway, but it's Significantly better than looking at nothing or the external models internal meshes.

I'm also tweaking the New External Model, I think i have most of the animations and stuff done, Just need to animate:

Gears (pointless until we have a working gear system)

Suspension (pointless until we have a working gear system),

Speed brakes (is this Implemented into the AFM?)

Aerial Refueling door (requires System)

Exhaust Nozzle (Complex animation, but will get done)

3D Position and Strobe Lights (Requires System)

Most of the Control Surfaces are Done, just have to double check them, as I dont recall flaps moving.

and some bleed air valves

I did make the gears work... :)

In your DLL that you posted? or privately?

:pilotfly:

I wonder If I can just add params for some of the gauges without systems modeled... HUD Ladder and Speed would be the most useful thing at this point... so I'll look into that too
