What I'd like to do is have a couple SAR operators bail out of my Huey to help a stranded hiker. While I know we can't see anyone (other than door gunners) in the back of a chopper, I would like to know if it is possible to have and see a couple guys bail out and have their chutes open (i.e. they spawn outside the chopper with parachutes). Is this possible ? Later in my mission, I will use some sort of Rope/Cargo ? lift the SARs and victim out of the bush or predicament. I guess I need to just find a way to use a Fast Rope and hold over a zone for "X" amount of time for each of the imaginary SAR units ... without using a Script (if that's possible). shagrat Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 (edited) No! The trigger affects only the host. Only if you host the mission, play a Huey, would the triggers add weight... Unfortunately any other Huey "loading" stuff would add weight, also, even in mid flight. If the mission is hosted on a server, like most squadrons do, even that is not possible. The object model does not have a weight argument for any aircraft beside the one simulated on the host. The Script evaluates the Unitnames for MASH on the fly, should evaluate the units on the list by name, so as long as the Unit name remains BlueMASH #1 etc. you should be good. Destroying a MASH should simply result in the loss of it as dropoff point for wounded. If all MASHs are destroyed you should get a message and your wounded will die. Taking control and moving a "MASH" Unit shouldn't affect the script. (Checks distance between MASH(s) and Helicopter on landing the helicopter).
