Back up the mountain to rescue the 2nd group, with the MI-8. I've cut the very long (10 min.) climb up to the top of the 18000' mountain, but otherwise this is real time (except for a stutter at the end, which I had to cut). After 3 completed missions with the Huey, this was the 1st to announce a mission success.

A bit of shameless advertising for our vWing, but here's the view from my cockpit during an Air Assault training mission we had a couple of months ago.

My flying wasn't the best this evening, but reviewing and editing this video helped me make some major improvements. :)

Some acrobatic practice with Mi-8. Is a start, formation flying, hovering, slalom in the city, landing, etc. All in one.

missions at the 8Mates:

Good teamwork all around. But if you allow me to nitpick a bit, why do you have your hardpoint rails mounted since you're only moving troops unarmed? I'd have taken them off, since they're only adding unnecessary dead weight there...

The DCS Mi-8MTV2. The best aviational BBW experience you could ever dream of.
