Yup, the issue with the launcher.sqlite3 file also causes the problem with module names being displayed in Chinese. Same workaround, rename it.

Right, that's a dual throttle. For single engines, you only configure one axis, right? And for dual, you set both as sliders, right? Have you any other peripheral connected that could potentially be in conflict? DCS is notorious for assigning peripherals to the wrong settings. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

RShift+K kneeboard does not seem to work yet, at least adding the manual as JPGs to Saved Games/DCS/Kneeboard has no effect yet. Will there be any kneeboard support ? btw: the HUD is a great improvement !

The 2TB SSD in my PC was getting a bit crowded with Win11, DCS, lots of apps ect. I added another M2 SSD (WD_BLACK SN850X 8TB with heat sink) and migrated DCS world (approx. 1,2TB in my installation). Saved Games (approx. 166GB) is left untouched on the 2TB SSD. That migration was nothing more than just a simple copy plus renaming some shortcuts and works fine since 3 weeks.

My thread includes comments about how to identify bottlenecks, eg VRAM being saturated. In your case, what’s the issue?

I would strongly recommend a mod manager. Deactiavte all mods before an update and then re-apply them after the successful update one by one. Way easier to manage and to troubleshoot. Also, an update may replace/remove modded files selectively (depending on if it were altered or additional files) - which can damage mods in surprising ways.

I use the Sniper in every mission (using a manual re-equipment). However, this is currently quite problematic with the AN/AAQ-33 due to the Sniper's focus (compared to the AN/AAQ-28). This makes targets much more difficult to find due to the permanent blurring of the image when searching stable picture and XR. This makes the campaign quite difficult and takes longer. I won't deny that I could use more specific hints or more data, but we know the campaign wasn't designed for the Sniper, so it's difficult to change all that now. This is another, even higher level of difficulty. Btw. I also hate using the Mavericks, which is imprecise, it's the worst weapon choice combined with the Sniper.

Hi, An unusual request, but generally most third-party devs here have a community manager. Questions are piling up in the Herc forum thread, and they remain unanswered. Personally, I think it's quite important to keep in touch with users and answer questions during pre-orders. This is a stage of reflection and decision-making (as we see). This will only help. Perhaps it would be worth dedicating someone associated with ASC as CM here to be more in touch with users. The DCS forum is a basic source of knowledge and contact with users, so I think it's worth it.

This... NS430 clearly does not have the feature that is mentioned in the description. Not a small one. More like half of the reason to buy it. As for L-39, I'd welcome a newer version, but I don't see that coming anytime soon.

День добрый. Я по сетке стреляю, по третьему крестику, снизу. Его накладываю на цель манёвром самолёта и произвожу пуск. Всё попадает. Добавлю. А вот боты - не умеют применять эту УР. Что только и в тригеры не ставил уже...стреляют все чем можно, кроме Грома.

I bet you can't win a BF109. beside A8 is a less powerful plane than a Dora. I don't know what level of AI you used, but this AI plane is somehow .... stupid. With decent AI, they always try to out climb you at first. Edit: I tried against the A8, it's easy.
