  2. I've always used the OpenXR plugin "XrNeckSafer" to great effect. And I prioritize this mod over pretty much everything else, like DFR which doesn't work with this addon (= dynamic foveated rendering, which would give me way better performance). The problem seems to be: this tool has been outdated for a long time now and even though it still works, it is resulting in a choppy DCS gameplay, rendering it pretty much useless So, for the sake of everyone that's older, has a bad neck and/or neck injuries, I'd suggest this to be implemented; as an addon like hand-controllers. For anyone unfamiliar with the tool, here are some screenshots and the most important settings: recenter view + NeckSafer with the VR-recenter-button set Yaw + Pitch separately for left/right/up/down set starting angle (so you can look around the cockpit 1:1 speed) set amplification (how much should the speedup be; ie. how far back/up/... would I like to be able to look) null Not requiring external tools and hobby programmers that abandon their work like in this case, by incorporating such features into DCS could potentially help everybody! nullThanks for your consideration!
  3. When in DCS and controls setup you just click OK and it's saved. Unless you also use external software for the controls - I won't help you with that. This video should help you understand how to setup software detent: This can help you calculate it faster: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3315617/ For the zoom - find the camera view zoom in the axis settings and assign it for the throttle device. Now move the rotary fully one side and back - it should be detected - now just click ok and you're done. If the aircraft setting doesn't work check the UI or General category instead of Su-27.

  8. I’d suggest exporting a log from Pimax Play and submitting a support ticket. I doubt it’s a hardware issue—it’s more likely software-related.

  10. Exactly! It is very inconvenient (impossible) to use HMD with 3 monitors + TrackIR. I have 3 monitors with a total resolution of 7680 x 1440. And if I turn my view with TrackIR on the side monitor, I can not see the HMD! Sadly

  13. The shape of the ladder itself has the textures of the F-104G. The ladder for the F-104C model is implemented using Arg 805 = 1.0. For your version: search for all three textures with VSN_F104C-09 in the "VSN_F104C" zip file. Copy these from the zip file into the texture folder and change the name from F104C to F104G.
  14. Hi. So I have 4 questions. 1. I try to save axis setup but when I go in game the save profile has reverted to original. 2. I have saitek x52 pro. I can't seem to adjust the throttle afterburner to start just after I go past the indent. 3. How far should the afterburner dial go past the 100% mark in the cockpit? 105%? 110%? 4. can't seem to setup the camera zoom. To the rotary on the throttle Thanks.
  15. I did it this way now which works fine but I only can trigger it once. If i change the trigger to 'Repetitiv' flares are raining endlessly from the sky. What I'd have to do to trigger it via radio but as often as I request it?
  16. Hi, I tried the mission for the 3rd time (to create a track) and I think I’ve worked it out. Somehow on each of the 3 occasions even though I’d set the frequency channels correctly at the start I was somehow bumping the right dial to M (manual) and this was causing it to not work. I was at a loss because I don’t know how I managed the same thing 3 times but anyway it seems to work now, many thanks for your help, really enjoying the campaign thank you
  17. Hi everyone... Some times i have reddish outlines (for exampe the canopy rails), I see the same effect also in steamvr gui, with the text there... I found that lowering the visor helps a bit, but it is very unconfortable on the nose in this way.. Do someone else have something similar? is my unit faulty? thanks

  19. Since you're the second person, I'll check it out this week. Maybe there really is some kind of "embarking" bug right now. I'll have to check. The vehicles should move and the stopped people should disappear. It's also good to include a track if its possible: https://www.sendspace.com/.
  20. Something's off with the Sim Gaming footage. Either they're just short fragments like the one in the video above, recorded rather by accident, or they're just some similar-looking photos. Hello team?! Didn't any DCS fans go there and film a 5-minute flight video of at least a mission?

  24. so close; now add a track and *then* you have a well-documented bug... However, before you do, try uninstalling the A-4EC mod (preferably all mods) and seeing if the speed differential is replicated... like all mods can and DO have very odd impacts; i have seen the A4E-C mod impact other aircraft AI in campaign missions for example ... so start with a clean install of DCS (do a slow repair/ or uninstall your mods via a mod manager) ... and show the bug on a *track file*... then and only then do you have a *well-documented* bug with the Forestal... Stop talking about the A-4E-C because nobody is listening, to a bug that impacts an unofficial mod (how is this so difficult to understand) show it with a native in game S3B and you have a different proposition, albeit unless the S3 goes for a swim then it is less likely to hit the top of a priority list.
