Ah I should have checked that thoroughly. I missed the part where the rl trimmer hat is push button. I assume this the central trimmer in rl. Unfortunately for me my basic stick has no push button hat. Now I really got to get a new Hotas.

My bad, I should have asked is there a central trimmer switch in the RL MiG29? Also, prob wrong thread but can anyone share their rudder curves please. I tried using the same as what I had for FC3 MiG29s but that's too sensitive for the FF and my crosswind landing have gone from just bad to downright atrocious.

The Outpost campaign was made by someone else, so I'm sure it wasn't a 'deliberate lowering of standards' nor 'negligence'. Every campaign maker is different, with different ideas, experience, etc...we often don't even play each others' campaigns, because we don't know how to fly that module. ( e.g. have no clue about the Apache) So, some details would be nice to hear what Fight's On Simulations should work on to improve this and any upcoming campaigns. You mentioned AI voices, that's a good start. I agree, real people will always sound better. What didn't you like about the voice filter? Too distorted? too quiet? How could the scenarios be less 'basic'? Should they be more difficult? Or more planes and actors being around for more immersion? Such feedback helps us improve, I know it helped - and still helps me over the course of the past 6 years.

When I've had the TRP warning, the tanker just refuses to connect even though I'm in the correct position. I did notice in the first track that the TRP warning came on right as you got to the tanker. It also looked like you opened your fuel door before or just after takeoff, so I was wondering if having the fuel door open too long was causing the issue. The second track looks like you opened it just before pre-contact, so probably not. I have suspected (but had no proof) that something changed recently and/or may be bugged with AAR in the F-16. I don't do it that often and I get rusty. The last few times I've done AAR, I have had several times where the tanker refuses to connect and I don't have the TRP warning. It usually happens if I connect and take on some fuel, then get disconnected because of my fault. Sometimes after that disconnect the tanker will not hook up to me even though I'm in position and stable. I've tried aborting the request and starting over, but once it happens the tanker will clear me for contact and just refuse to make contact even though I'm in position and holding steady. It's probably worth doing more testing and reporting it as a bug if you can consistently repeat it. I'll try it if I get a chance tonight. It's too bad they merged the topic from bugs already, because there may be something going on. I wonder if that can be undone rather than start a new topic. FYI, you can attach files to your post, so you don't need to upload them to external sites.

Anyone who's used Night Vision Goggles (post full-face goggles) to fly an aircraft knows that the tubes must be adjusted upward so as not to obscure the instrument panel. As is, DCS allows unrealistic adjustment of NVG display 'gain' but not the simple (and realistic/necessary) adjustment of up/down of the 'tubes'. Please add controls for one simple thing: adjustment of the NVG window up or down in the field of view. Thank you for your consideration.

He does when he visually sees a missile and you haven't turned it off in the Jester Wheel. But bear in mind visibility in the backseat is very limited in the Phantom and the WSOs primarily role is to watch six and operate the radar. So he often won't see missiles and consequently also not dispense CMS often.

Does Jester employ these by himself? Or do you need to tell him or do this as the pilot?

F-5 is extremely poorly matched, it doesn't even fit the external model particularly well. They updated the textures, but the underlying cockpit model is still quite old. The F-16 has some minor errors, but it seems fairly accurate, including how claustrophobic it feels in VR.

See example attached. First I tried some actual targets, all worked. At the end I took a random location, tried to name it 2S3 and it got CDU_INPUT_ERROR; made a new waypoint at that exact same location as that one but named it TWOESSTHREE instead, got accepted. This is FUBAR. LastMissionTrack.trk

Try adding 2 or more launchers for the SA-6. I Had the same issue making my own missions. Adding more launchers fixed it for some reason. if they are in the same group only one of the launchers will operate and the rest will just sit idle.

I use the same topo as @Tomcat388th is using but my router is dedicated. My Starlink router goes to our house router which is an Unifi network with all kinds of stuff on it. But then i have a Cat 6e cable to a TP-Link Axe5400 Triband router. My PC is connected to the TP-link via Cat 6e and then I use only 6Ghz wifi with the others off and only my Q3 connects to this Wifi6. The router is on the wall about 5 ft away. VD works great with this setup. My PC and Q3 also run on a separate network ip range and I hide the WiFi SSID. Considering this is multi NAT, it may not work for PVP. Getting your router as close ti the ISP device (router or switch) is best. But, Starlink is also a kind of double NAT anyway. My PC is not good enough yet for going onto servers. I've noticed that if I name a waypoint certain names I get CDU_INPUT_ERROR but not other names. For example if I name a waypoint 2S3 I get the error message but if I name that exact same location TWOESSTHEREE I do not get the error. What gives? Is there some list of alphanumeric combos that the A-10C's CDU is forbidden to accept?

Check if DCS has added a binding for those in game. It's prone to adding bindings you didn't add yourself. Check especially the non-aircraft categories. If it's bound in there it may be intercepting the button press before it gets to TIR.

DCS - Mouse Won't Pause TrackIR Anymore, v2.9.20.15384 I use Mouse 5 on my Corsair mouse to Pause TrackIR. Recently this has stopped working. I'm able to Pause TrackIR with Mouse 5 when DCS is not running, and while DCS is loading. But once DCS does load, the Pause no longer works. This is a problem when using Mouse 5, and Mouse 3 & 4.
