Because the comms menu does not work in the air. It's a relic from back in the days. Basically an Easy Comms/FC feature. In FF modules use the correct PTT/Transmit keybind. Usually RAlt + \ in single PTT modules. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

Помогло. Но странно конечно. Эти настройки не должны влиять на приборы модулей.

Please Fix the Replay system, I'm so tired of this...
Czar replied to VinntoreZ's topic in General Bugs
A new replay/tracking system is being worked on alongside the Dynamic Campaign system. "Testing of Dynamic Campaigns has resulted in a new tracking system that allows a detailed accounting of actions and behaviours. This is critical to the debugging process of such a complex task. The current DCS track file system has also been expanded with the ability to store RTS layer information. The resulting systems will allow you to review campaign events and provide a DCSDC active save system. This active save system will allow you to resume saved games and rewind time to replay an unsuccessful episode of a campaign." https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/2024-07-26/ See above. -

These videos can be very complex to make and to make accurately (would you have preferred he made the video while there was an accuracy issue with bombs?), and it was out less than a week from release. You don't have to show appreciation for these things, but please try not to disparage the work that goes into them. Thanks.

Independence Day Mod Help required
ERIC replied to the animaniac's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
You have a really nice project, a remarkable job for the animations you assigned the argument numbers 0123456, they are generally used for the front and rear landing gear and the shocks. For example, put the su-25 in ModelViewer, you will have the list of argument numbers and their functions, allowing you to adjust your animations and possibly trigger the laser with a key of your choice, example navigation lights, 190 or 191 or 192.. I hope this helps you. E&P -
The throttle already has animation, and the stick in the real plane does hardly move at all. It is based on how much pressure you put on it rather than movement.

MAXsenna replied to VinntoreZ's topic in General Bugs
No, it doesn't need an overhaul. Because it's not a replay system as stated above. It's a tracking/debugging system that saves every input you do, and nothing else. We need something completely new. A "recorder' like TacView that records everything that's happening, and is able to replay it in the 3D world. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk -
@Gun Jam Good to know you can finally enjoy it. Well deserved after the nightmare you (and me, and others) went through with the Somnium. In my case, I'm eagerly awaiting for my Super to show up, but I switched to the Ultrawide module - and after some initial reports of terrible distortions and noticeably bad impact on overlap I'm not confident about the change anymore, but I think can count on support. Happy flying!

Before my computer died it was a 3970K @3.7Ghz, 32GB, 2080TI, and I ran pretty much everything maxed out ≈40FPS. Get more RAM and a better GPU, and you'll be "okay", depending on your own standards and preferences. Worth a try I'd say! [emoji1303] Welcome! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk -
If we had a rough release date It might be the difference of me buying the F1 or the Mig29. i love the F1 as a South African but I not a fan of the current tech and deploying ground weapons. I will only fly the F1M when it's out. My main reason to take the F1M over the Mig29A is the payload on the Mirage is more.

Excellent condition, used for a little bit before getting the Gunfighter version (was going to upgrade the base, but the price difference was negligible). $130 shipped CONUS.

Pimax Crystal OG - Quad view extremely blurry / shimmering
Oldcooltronix replied to Maduce's topic in VR Bugs
Is there any solution to the problem? I've tried all possible settings and none have made any improvement. The only option is to disable quad-views foveated and accept a degradation in game performance! -
Press and hold the AFCS MODES OFF button for a few seconds, it’s the red one on the stick. After a few seconds of it being held you’ll see the green light on the DAMPER button turn off

I have several computers, but I need to dedicate one to my flight sim build. I have a 2009 Mac Pro 5,1. This has dual Xeon X5690s in it. They are 3.46Ghz and 6 cores each. It has an RX 580 8gb right now, but I will upgrade that. Right now I have 16gb RAM, but can upgrade to 128gb fairly cheaply. I know this is older hardware, but it was a powerful workstation in its day. Do you think this will work? I can afford to buy a much nicer GPU if that is all I need, if I have to build a complete new computer, I will have to spread my funds across everything, not just a new GPU. The picture is my ATX converted Mac Pro with a Ryzen 7 5800XT. The Mac Pro in question looks the same. -

Why Was the Fulda Gap the Obvious Invasion Point?
OneEyeRoss replied to Rex's topic in DCS: Cold War Germany
if (BIG IF) the Intel guys had done their jobs correctly, we would have detected the build up of the GSFG moving into their attack positions in time for us to get Reforger movement started and us to our GDP area BEFORE the actual attack happened. (Well, that was what they told us the plan was). Not that they would have made a significant difference in the actual outcome of the war. It was pretty much assumed that we wo9uld use tactical nukes to close corridors....and then there would be responses....and well, you know, MAD happens... -
Actually, it may be considered disrespectful by other users, the spanish section of the Forum is there for a reason: https://forum.dcs.world/forum/28-espanol/ En realidad, postear aqui en español puede considerarse como una falta de respeto hacia los demas usuarios, es preferible que abra un hilo en la sección hispano parlante del Foro.
