I certainly agree with that speculation. But if ED doesn't take the opportunity to do some core work about how CSAR missions work, I'll most likely give it a pass.

Training 6 Reported Training 7 I didnt have much issue with this one. Training 8 Reported, Depression seems broken as you cant set the first number past 1. Training 9 Same as 8, with the Depression not working right it seems these wont work right. Training 13 No issue here taking off, this one might just take some practice. Training 14 Reported

In all fairness, their modules are mostly average because there was a time, not so long ago, when one could argue that most modules available were theirs. In a way you could say they defined the average.

No stick displacement in Force feedback ?
peachmonkey replied to FZG_Immel's topic in Bugs and Problems
ok, gotcha, so this 'movement' can then only be observed/felt while traveling at speed, and not on the ground, i.e. essentially a change to the spring center force. Well, I fly the 190A and D9 all the time and use the elevator trim to adjust for fuel changes and I never felt this 'change' in the Rhino FFB... and the spring center force comes from DCS, so I doubt it's Rhino's fault.. Headscratcher... -

Yet oddly enough, all the evidence says thats exactly what happened, huh...something you seem to not want to acknowledge because even though its the narrative that practically explains it all 100%, you dont want to believe it because it goes against "your team". Dont care; one of these days you're going to have to acknowledge the fact that Razbam isnt all that great a company you think they are. Or you can continue BS'ing yourself and VVV

There's a lot of pics and word about cargo drops and such. But not really seeing much involving dropping things like Lav's or especially infantry. Is this not including paratrooper drops on release?

Maybe Santa Claus will bring us a Christmas present. Hopefully, it would be an official, permanent, final, and concluding resolution to this ongoing issue.

never said they did.

Problem is that unless both side corroborate the info, then we just have a he said she said. I am not sure why this is hard to understand. And if one side doesn't, then you just get people fighting over their favorite side, and you achieve nothing. So waiting on a solution, one way or another, is the one way to go.

The Kamchatka Peninsula, extended to Magadan in Mainland Russia would make a great area of operation. Airfields, sub base, Sam & mobile ICBM sites (time for the RT-2PM2 Topal-M?). Volcanos, mountains and lots of sea.

Sometimes I think that if the module makers left some of the "simpler" stuff to a few selected community members, these would be able to: fix missions for them (faster than the module maker would), add missing bindings options, or even add stuff to the manual. And everybody would be happy. Of course, everything would still need to be approved, which is SOME work, but it's often much easier to just approve "looks good to me" stuff than to do it - or even start doing it, especially when the core members are overloaded.

Of course, Ron and his brother himself have been posting on social media for many years (almost since the days of the AV-8B) that they were working closely with the FAE on the A-29... and they are going to do it in DCS World (which you definitely need the SDK), and if they themselves said there was a "professional/military" version, you need the "military" version of DCS World for a professional product... and on top of that they claimed that when they finished it, they were going to make the DCS World version for us. Whoever doesn't want to see it, let them not see it, but they are the first ones who have given "wings" to this matter. Let's not even talk about the "famous" image Ron posted of a model of the A-29 for the "military" DCSWorld.

FPV Quadcopter Drone [v0.9.0 beta]

Btw: the drone is also kind of a submarine. You can dive under water, emerge and fly again -
hello. do you still have a \Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\config\Input folder? within that folder there are folders for each aircraft. within that folder there are folders for each controller. you can either follow this guide i made or input the configurations within DCS https://pcwiseman.com/downloads_files/DCS_New_Computer.pdf

Then maybe some clarity and transparency by the source, ED, would help both sides.

Are you seeing the never-ending circle here yet? You claim something not corroborated by both sides, then someone shares their opinion not corroborated by both sides. One person believes their source, another believes theirs... and around we go again. Welcome to this thread.

Since the update, the WPN camera from the maveric is very blurred. is that normal? it used to be crisp F16c, multiple people have the issue

hello. in the .\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta.BAK\CONFIG folder, there is a file "authdata.bin". copy that to the new \Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\CONFIG folder. bonjour. dans le dossier .\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta.BAK\CONFIG, il y a un fichier "authdata.bin". copiez-le dans le nouveau dossier \Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\CONFIG.

oh yes. Once they release G.91, they will start working on another one... Thus not having resources to support G.91, and MB-339

FPV Quadcopter Drone [v0.9.0 beta]
TheBiggerBass replied to nibbylot's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
You asked the question. I thought you where talking about the manual. May be I misunderstood ... Well, don't mind. It's fine for me. -
If you turn inside the enemy, the AI will break and they'll go into "defence mode" which is a lazy turn. Which means flying the Spitfire, once you've turned inside the circle. You can just keep turning, while you reel ib the Germans until you hit them. This works in 1 v 1 fights. The AI also seem to have a offensive mode. Which is much more aggressive. So Paradoxically. It's much harder to get behind and take out the enemy AI if that enemy is in offensive mode, trying to shoot down one of your allied aircraft. Realistically if you're the only enemy the AI has to deal with, it should put up much more of a fight. But the AI doesn't work like that. I've also observed that if you damage the enemy sufficiently it will maneuver much more then if it's undamaged. I've seen it many times, I pull a 109 or 190 into my gunsights in the Spitfire. Because the AI is now "trapped " in that lazy turn behaviour. If i shoot well the aircraft goes down. If i shoot badly. Damaging parts of the aircraft, but not mortality wounding it(like shooting of one of the aellerons ) the AI will kick into gear and maneuver violently to avoid getting hit. It will roll, dive, tighten up the turn weeve about. This is stuff I've seen many times over the years fighting the ww2 AI. In a 1 v 1 the P51 vs 109 seem to give the best fights. They are somewhat similar in speed and use. The Spitfire and I16 breaks the AI as you'll immediately turn inside their turn. The Anton is a bit like Orcs. Not much danger unless there's a lot of them. Same really with the Dora too. Both 190s are easy game for p51 and Spitfire. And the P47 usually handles them fine too.
