  3. With Process Lasso, I deactivated hyper threading, to pass my I7 13700 KF in active Cores = 0,2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14 and it seems to hold without crash, to follow.. Last update mission accomplished Cranked up the settings posted above: VR Bitrate set to 150 Mbps (still the same) Sharpening set to 30% (still the same) VR Framerate set to 90 FPS -> 120 FPS Frame Rate set to 90 FPS ->120 FPS Desktop Bitrate set to 90 Mbps -> 120 FPS DCS Settings locking frame rate: set to 90 FP ->120 FPS Also changed in VD settings to Ultra Quality. Did a playtest on 4Y4 EU Server 20 players: Spawn & taxi = 60 FPS (not a FPS drop) Take-off = 60 FPS (not a FPS drop) Air-combat menouvers with radar active = 60 FPS (no FPS dropping here either) Pretty cool that technology has come this far, poor-blokes like me can now pilot a full fidelity F-18C Hornet in multiplayer inside virtual reality world and a 3D cockpit Oh and he mentioned in the Video something about Snapdragon and changing the Codec, don't do it, atleast my machine crashed horribly! Ты специалист по бомжатникам, вероятно? Боевой самолёт, смоделированный в игре, выглядит так, как в жизни: если "бомжатник" для него характерен (скриншот я привёл), то такой и хочу выглядеть в игре. Если характерен вид самолёта, который в воздух только на седьмое ноября поднимается, то такой хочу видеть. Простая истина.

Zurück in Deutschland auf unserem (vorläufigen) Heimatfliegerhorst Büchel - einige Aufnahmen vom gestrigen Flugbetrieb, der ACT in der TRA205 beinhaltete: Start auf der RWY 03, die Feuerwehr (gesteuert von unserem ATC) hat alles im Blick. Die 1./JG71 "Richthofen" ist auch weiterhin offen für neue Piloten, die Interesse an möglichst realistischem Übungsflugbetrieb der Luftwaffe im Setting der 1980er Jahre haben. Schreib uns eine PN hier im Forum, wenn Dein Interesse geweckt ist. Darüber hinaus suchen wir Kontakt zu "like-minded" virtuellen Staffeln und ATC+TAC/C2, um miteinander oder nebeneinander auf unserem "Cold War Germany NATO Training Server (CWGNTS)" zu fliegen, den virtuellen Himmel zu bevölkern und so gemeinsam eine realistische und immersive Flugverkehrssituation zu schaffen.   12. Hey Qcumber I cranked up the settings futher more. Im now running VD on Ultra and I increased all values in my post above to 120, did a test 4Y4, everything is running @ 60 FPS. I feel satisfied now, I can play multiplayer @ 60 smooth & stable, no crashes, no lagg spikes, no disconnects. Im a happy-panda now Thanks for all the help buddy! Gryphon out!

  16. First shots of Desert Storm were fired at around 02:50 January 17. 1991 in the middle of the Iraqi desert, fired by Apaches of the 1st Battalion, 101st Aviation Regiment. I did a mission loosely based on this, like in the real mission it was a very one sided thing. I must also say the new George commands are fantastic, no more micro managing everything, it feels easier and more realistic that he can look for trouble himself. And once you’ve made sure there’s only baddies to your front, you make a list of stuff to die, and let George off the leash and you can sit back and concentrate on flying, while George kills every Mofo in the room by himself.

  19. Hello, I noticed a bug where I would land next to a river and I would fall through the map despite being on land. I believe the bug is the area in which the water is meant to cover is larger than the physical water shown on the map. I don't have a screenshot but I'll attach logs and track.   20. Noticed my engine dying after a steep dive and large speed gain when I'd try and climb again. Have been keeping the cowl flaps open about 20% at all times to avoid the CYL Temps overheating, but it appears that if you get enough speed it pushes the flaps stay closed? F4U1D didn't have any automated flap management or hydraulics to re-open them? Guess it's on the pilot to remember to re-open flaps after going above 300 knots or cook your engine?

  24. Hi again I've made a try on a mission at the same place but with only your clouds and my f-18 and I'd no freezes at all. I'd even tried with heavy thunderstorm with rain and 14 density Perhaps your mod is a little bit V-RAM eater than before and that some of my missions are now reaching the V-Ram limits when the number of items I've put in them is high.

  26. Here's the problem: There were times where my throttle was all the way at the physical stop, the master switch was on, yet WEP never engaged. My understanding was that once the master was on, ADI was activated as soon as the throttle was pushed through the detent and activated the physical microswitch. It was not based on the current MAP. If ADI never kicks in until MAP hits 54in there are conceivably flight conditions where it will never turn on.
  27. Dear Eagle Dynamics Team, we propose adding a new set of Static Objects to simulate provisional runways for improvised airfields and highway operations. Why: Current FARPs are too small or only for helicopters. Using LHD decks or other statics as “runways” creates seams and is not intended. Mission designers want to create realistic FOBs, highway strips, and field airbases, as used in Sweden, Finland, or Cold War Germany. Proposal: Modular runway slabs in lengths (250–1500 m). Neutral asphalt/concrete look, seamless when placed in sequence. Automatic vegetation clearing, like FARPs. Optional variants: with/without markings, plus edge lights. Benefits: Greater flexibility for Cold War and modern scenarios. Realistic STOL and dispersal operations (A-10, Viggen, Harrier, future Gripen).
