  2. Hi Ghostrider 147 Thanks for the great feedback Mate. The Royal Navy and the El Salvador Corsair's are active and downloadable in DCS User Files, the New Zealand Corsairs were only uploaded Yesterday and can take a while to go Active so just keep checking and hopefully they will be available to download soon. Cheers
  3. Anytime you are experiencing a bug and want to test, it’s best to disable all mods. A mod that you would think should have no effect on what you’re seeing can be the culprit because of how various aspects of DCS interact.

The same thing happens with Meta Quest Link. With Wi-Fi and with cable.
  5. It might be just a problem with this speciffic map. A lot of user has complained about the performance on this speciffic map, even it almost water only. So it may also depends on hardware and it might also be that 4090 handled it better than 5090 because of the problems of this speciffic map.
  6. Have a look at this manual. https://irp.fas.org/doddir/army/fm100-2-3.pdf it documents the Order of battle and structure of soviets units. the quick and dirty Group of Soviet Forces in Germany (Army Group) - 5 Armies + attached airborne and independent Tank regiments. 1 Army - 3 to 4 Divisions 1 Division - 4 Regiments 1 Regiment - 4 Battalions 1 Battalion - 3 Companies 1 Company - 3 Platoons 1 Platoon - 3 or 4 Vehicles Each of these units would have attached supporting units such as Recon, artillery, Air defence, Anti-Tank etc. copious details in the linked document. NATO units would be broadly similar but more often by a rule of 3 instead of 4, for each level.
  7. These links are no good mate. They are all dead. I'm trying to find people using the Eurofighter mod of 1.0.7 or later that can zip up the file and make it available here please.
  8. Minor issues guys! [emoji1] A colleague was going to setup an additional HP EVA for mirroring the production system, and it that process he had to initialize the new system. Guess what, he initialized the production system. Too bad it was for the largest bank in Norway. Now, half of Norway "lost" their bank accounts and using cards to pay in the store was useless, even getting cash from ATMs. Now, that was a wild ride! [emoji1] Luckily, the system for the cards themselves was not down, only the balance, so they were able to temporarily give people a fake balance until the backup was restored. 9. Just remembered. The manual mentions that ground targets can be targeted with R-60. The warhead is smaller but sufficient against lighter armor. Also R-73, R-27T can be used against aircraft on ground, provided that they have engine on.
  10. Wow those are some gorgeous looking skins, and great screenshots btw! Are these liveries in DCS User Files?
  11. Indeed. Loving that more and more. Unfortunately, there is no Buddy Spike or COOP MP scenario using it. Hoping for performance improvements, 3 thumbs pressed
  12. I gave an AI C-130H a landing waypoint on rota island, however, the moment the aircraft came to a stop, it immediately deactivated and did not taxi to parking and remain stationary as one would expect. Could ED please fix this? Thanks!
  13. По движущимся целям его радар непревзойденно (возможно, не реалистично) крут, какой уж там ниочёмный…
  14. looks like no updates for a few years.
  15. It feels like groundhog day again…. No, absolutely frickin’ no! I’m sick and tired of subscription models creeping in on every aspect of life - and I think I’m not alone with that. So my heartfelt THANK YOU to ED, who fortunately rejected the idea every time it comes up!
  16. If you're using VAICOM it will definitely trigger the "Salute" "in the radio menu". (VAICOM doesn't really use the radio menu, but it uses the features of the radio menu). Just add an additional pure VoiceAttack command like "Mission Salute", that sends the "S" keypress. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  17. when you buy a computer assembled by someone else, normally it gets an OEM license installed on it. or if you built it yourself, you install an OEM license on it. that is a valid license for that computer only for its life. any OS upgrades are free. we are almost done at the office upgrading 700 laptops from 10 to 11. it is pretty painless. and di not pay a penny.
  18. Here is a mission in the Germany map using trigger zones on light targets. This is a way to turn off ground AI god mode until you are closer to the targets. One problem is, once the AI turns on, it does not turn off once leaving the trigger zone. I tried every conceivable way of solving that problem (triggers, etc.) but could not get it to work. I think its a bug in the AI. So once you get within the unit's trigger zone, you had better kill them before they get you. Let me know if you guys think this has any value. You can easily drag the enemy units along with their trigger zones to change their positions. Start off in Leipzig. Leipzig light combat OH6 .miz
  19. The potential of having a subscription model as an addition to purchasing modules is not a bad idea, if that's what OP is asking for. Then one could choose. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  20. Map
  21. Are you talking about the F10 map settings or the F10 radio menu. It's not that clear to me. Because the heading is "The F10 Menu", while you seem to describe the F10 map settings. Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
  22. Are these compatible with the VKB Gunfighter MkIII stick?

  24. The kneeboard is extremely useful, especially in VR. However, having a bright white (day) kneeboard during a night mission can be quite distracting and uncomfortable. For the mission-specific kneeboard, no problem: when I create a night mission, I just create a version with red text on a black background and insert that into the mission file. For the general kneeboard at %userprofile%\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\FA-18C_hornet, it's not quite so simple Please would you consider implementing a system where the user could place day and night versions of their kneeboards in that folder, the night versions could be named in a specific way, or placed in a subfolder for that purpose. DCS would then be able to distiguish between them and automatically load the appropriate kneeboard dependent on mission time. Thank you for listening.
  25. I've been following this for a long time, flying mostly Bf-109 and FW-190. These missions are generally dogfights with a substantial amount of turning. Each time I looked at the track, I found it went "off-track" after a few turns. On the other hand I flew a mission with the Hornet yesterday, and the track was absolutely fine. Seeing all these posts today, I decided to produce a track. I flew a mission with the Bf-109 vs a Mosquito. I killed the Mosquito and saved the track. When I viewed the track, I found myself shooting into the blue sky turning around aimlessly and in the end was shot up by the Mosquito. I then replayed the same track again, and the action turned out very similarly, but somewhat different. And if you replay the track you will probably see something different again. The duration of the replay is always exactly the same as that of the original mission, so the tracks are truncated at different points in the action. I attach the track, plus Tacview recordings of the original mission and of the two replays. Tacview shows clearly the differences in the course of action, between actual mission and replays.
