cashman75 started following Crystal Super loses tracking
-
Hi, I recently got my Super. I also own a Crystal Light for some time. The problem with my Super is that, my headset loses tracking in DCS. I tried various settings both in DCS and Pimax Play (90hz, 72 Hz and different graphic settings) but no joy. (I had no problem such as this with Crystal Light ) One thing I noticed is that the tracking loss is happen more with during radio transmissions (both in game or SRS) and sometimes even on the main screen without the radio chatter. I'm not sure only the transmissions is the culprit, but my guess is that it happens more when I see spikes (Both on CPU and Frame Time windows) DCS performance window. (which happens on spawns, radio chatter etc.) Also I do not have any problem like that with Crystal Light. My Rig : Core9 Ultra 285K - MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio - 64Gb DDR5 6000 Mhz RAM - Win 11 Pro

Hi, I enjoyed a lot your prior Campaign (World Apart), so I purchased this new one as soon as it got out, but I must admit that I have not flown it yet because I have not flown the UH in a long time and so I need a refresher training on the type before I feel confident enough to fly this Campaign. Hopefully this video will compel me to fly it soon, as it seems a great campaign and I'm a fan of following real procedures as much as possible: I hope in future Campaigns you will move out of Caucasus, in particular I'd love a Campaign set on the CW Germany map, which I understand has sold quite well and so there should be many DCS users able to fly on it. Cheers! Eduardo

Why do you always do these patches when I am about to go away. I mean, come on, can you not at least check my diary first!

Now this means for me, that 100% not this year and 90% not even next year (or maybe years). Interesting.

Thanks a lot again! And, have you tried flying at night without Quadviews? The transparent big square that haunt some Quadviews user seem to cause trouble at night too. Though there has been quite some time since I did some night flying. I have, however, played Skyrim VR with a mod that makes the nights truly dark and caves totally dark if they are without any light source, and all variants between light and dark of course depending on the number of nearby torches/light sources. AND, I think it looks good! The local dimming seem to do its job. So, the night flying must be fixed of course, but I don't think it is the hardware. But I will try and do the update then, tomorrow. Also I will do the Crystal Super firmware update...wish me luck..these updates always scare me.

MIG-29 confirmed release date September?
Hawkeye_UK replied to The Gryphon's topic in DCS: MiG-29A Fulcrum
Yea we've seen this before, no worries. Given that the EA access is now close for release - and the EA manual is not going to change much prior to release (I mean it may release tomorrow with a fair wind), any chance we could make this file available to get slightly ahead of the curve, you know for those that would want to read the EA manual Thoughts? Just be great to get a little upto speed.... @BIGNEWY @NineLineineline -

Looks like she is about to touch down and deploy the chute rather then to go around. Just believe hard enough and it will happen. See? Proof! -

Those were all carry tests, with only the one known AIM-120 being an unguided "shot" for weapon separation test. I have never seen anything showing that the finalized software being worked for the D ever made it to a live jet to fire a live missile, and the A/B would have been right out of the picture as they lacked the digital stuff needed to properly use an AMRAAM. The 88, 65, 84 are completely out as there's never been anything showing Grumman had even made progress on actually integrating those into any jets, again just carry tests. There are much more important things that are relevant to the actual jets we have and are getting that are worthy of dev time.

Thanks Bro, you just made my day. So much to learn. I am just getting hang of the Navigation stuff. Been with the Sim since Flanker 2.0. A Special Thanks to All The People Of Eagle Dynamics. -

UH-60L Black Hawk Mod ("Official" Thread)
YoYo replied to Kinkkujuustovoileipä's topic in Flyable/Drivable Mods for DCS World
I finally got around to flying it and having some fun. Thanks for another great upgrade (after all this time!). It's really nice to return to the UH-60L after all this time and see such cool changes. The crew (though quite mysterious ;)) looks really good now (at least Kiowa level), and is also visible in VR. It's also visible externally. Also, the rotor animation is finally very good, along with the blur effect, but I actually like this effect and it's great that it was improved. As for the interior, I only feel (and this is more noticeable in VR) that the Collective grip itself is too large. I have a copy of the Virpil, and the head itself isn't as large as the model's in relation to the hand. I feel the scale here is too large. Generally, the grip head protrudes only slightly beyond the palm and fingers when held. And if it would be possible to slightly improve the modeling of the door from the inside and a better texture here: But it's still great work! I also really like the new interior window effect; it gives a better perspective and you can see the reflections, which shows that we have something there (and with some mods I always get the impression that there are frames without windows). Congratulations! I'm looking forward to playing with the UH-60L more, although I'm waiting for the MiG-29A. -

The release of videos does not necessarily coincide with the release of the module and would not hold up the release; Wags often releases videos after the module is released. There should be a new video this week. -
Ma l'AV8B Plus in DCS non c'e'. Qundi tale differenza e' insignificante.

Hai descritto l'Harrier in pratica.
