1.На базах Краснодар - Центр, Керчь (и остальные надо проверить). при выезде со стоянки на рулежку, ступеньки благодаря которым ломается шасси у самолетов особенно Су25Т, Су25, да и истребители скачут там как козлы. Года два назад обращался с этой ошибкой к руководству и дизайнерам но и поныне ошибку не исправили. Взлетать невозможно. Нужно ездить и искать спуск. 2. Прочитал книжки о Су25 и его модификациях. Там четко сказано что шасси у них предназначено для взлета с грунтовых впп,значит крепкое . имеет один недостаток разогревается при посадке,но его охлаждают сразу механики. В игре шасси уж черещур чувствительны и ломаются часто без особых причин, на территории базы застревают в траве, укатаной в реале вслучае схода с полос самолетов. Спрашивал у авиамехаников про сход резины. случается сказали, но редко. Из-за этих недостатков большие проблеммы в одиночных миссиях и в сети. и вообще ребята пора уже эти бракованные базы исправить.

Ok guys.. I'm up for it.. Bring it on..!! You guys gonna have a new Hi detailed a-10 model and thats a personal promise of mine.. First.. please give me any kind of material you have about a-10.. Second.. where is the modified model of a-10 lo-fi worked on..that model could make things happen much faster..If its lost in linbo of models, then where is the hi poly model..Even if thats lost..than gimme the 3 way blueprints.. This doesnt mean that the plane comes out from the poll is going to be late or fade out.... We have a little "=TuAF= Skunk Works" team here..It will be done..Both.. Lets do this ppl..Lets fly the hog :)

I myself never had any issues per say, only bug I found was AA was not working for Crysis. Besides this, all good. Anyhow, I notice these drivers that came out from the source; built especially for Crysis 1.2 So I gave them a run. WOW again lol, (no placebo, lol) I have to say I am very impressed with these drivers as well, even more then the 174.20. Especially for Lomac. They run real smooth. Well that’s for my rig at least, all system is built different. Not all have the same PC/CPU/Chipset/Graphic card etc... But so far I'm going to stick with these for a few. Cheers S! При выпуске штанги в Локоне включается другой режим САУ. Прямо в модели. Причем здесь кривые. В жизни по слухам - два тумблера. Один штанга, другой режим.

... С поправкой на высоту ,и температуру ...(шутка ) ...нельзя обижаться на пенсионеров...( о себе беспокоюсь ,что б не ругали сильно ))))

Поскольку предыдущий результат меня самого мало удовлетворил, проведена работа над ошибками:) Итак, дубль два. Сегодня в программе: - Потеря плоскости в сложных условиях - на низкой скорости, малой высоте, немаленьких УА с полными баками и типовой подвеской В-В (не была сброшена на протяжении всего полета) - Техника вывода из пикирования: разгон, крен на отсутствующее крыло, разнотяг, молитвы:) - Разворот на пологой горке на 360 градусов малого радиуса (порядка 7-10км), а не во весь Крым:) Атака ЛА-участника ДТП. - Четкий заход на ВПП, проход над ВПП на высоте 10-15 метров. За хорошее и безошибочное раздельное голосовое управление силовыми установками автор выражает благодарность разработчикам утилиты Game Commander. ЗЫ Может попозже и на посадку покушусь, мысля, как провернуть сей фокус, есть. F-15_without_wing_2.rar

buddy can you spare a Euro? I plan to fly BS, but also Oleg's SoW_BoB. I just read that it will support dual and quad cores. So I plan to go either an E8400 or possibly a q6600. As for a video card, I think I'll shy way from either SLi or Crossfire atm, but rather select a gpu with good badwidth and fill rates (like the 8800GTS) as prices will be falling by the time I'm ready to buy. Whoops! Oh yeah. The dollar is down, so I may be waiting for quite a while. :( Flyby out

Hey everyone, I have just a few more days till I am completed on my current project and I will be hitting the F-14D hard. Those are some nice suggestions for the wing sweep aurg's. :smartass: I will keep up to date posts coming this way as we move along towards completion of the project.

F-15 radar breaking lock is far less likely than a MiG-29, I'd say ;) In LOMAC, they break about the same. The difference is that it's far more annoying in the F-15 since it has to 'repaint' the picture - in LOMAC. Under the hood it's all the same radar model. If you are more specific in your question perhaps we can discuss more in depth :)

...that draws so many knowledgable and experienced people? Its bloody amazing, and makes discussions like a minefield! You must always assume that the person who you talk to has real life experience or has done serious study on the topic at hand. But I dont get it, I mean, first Lockon is a survey sim with limited avionics. Second, there are several things that everyone agrees are modeled incorrectly or are out of whack. Yet there are all kinds of experts and people with real experience that are part of the community. Maybe I'm missing it, but I just don't see this nearly as much with other sims' communities. You don't see a lot of hardcore discussion about PESA vs. AESA radars, for example. The discussion resembles a frat house more than the scholarly debate that goes on around here. :smartass: I can remember participating in wargame forums a few years back. Most of the guys "in the know" were historians and professors. There were a handful of retired military people, but very very few were active duty. Its almost as if the sims all the switchology attract a whole different crowd than Lockon. You'd think that a "nerdy" sim with all the buttons and avionics would attract all the people who want to seriously discuss hardware and tactics. But its just the opposite from what I've seen! Lockon has all the nerds! :lol: (myself included in that statement. :) ) I wonder if this will change now that the move by ED is towards these types of sims.

Go to "My Computer" click on "Tools" then "Folder Options" then select the "View Tab", then scroll down to the bottom and untick "Use simple File Sharing (recommended)" Retro.:)

I am assuming you have a copy of Lockon GOLD ? Some early versions did indeed have a borked FC CD the fault of the publishers - Evolved Games. The manufacturing fault manifests itself as a StarForce problem, in fact it is not. It is, as you said, a disk problem. I have no answer for you other than returning it to where you bought it and asking for a refund. As far as I know, http://www.lockon.co.uk still have single disk copies of FC for sale and also have the download verison of FC for sale, and also the original Lockon for sale. On both Ebay UK and Ebay US, I have seen many copies of original Lockon for sale very cheap Ј1 plus postage, $1 plus postage, etc. Search for Lock On in video games category. So if you do get your money back for your copy of GOLD, buy a bargain original Lockon, then either the single FC CD or download FC from http://www.lockon.co.uk.

Its considered lighter because, well, it is. I'd define pressing two buttons and watching your engines spool up as "lighter" than a full ramp start in F4 which can take several minutes. Basically, you just have more control over things. You can program counter measure programs, changed the default funnel width on EEGS, change the bar scan setting on the radar, you have more radar modes, etc. You actually have a knee board with frequencies for various airfields and you have to use in case of landing at an alternate. There's also TACAN and ILS stuff which is deceptively difficult to understand, for me anyways. What Falcon fans DON'T tell you is that when the fighting starts, its not much different than Lockon, especially the F-15. Sure, the missiles work better, but the tactics in Lockon that actually resemble real life also work in Falcon. The only difference is that Lockon doesn't have a plane with A/G radar and all but the F-15C are far less sophisticated. That alone makes comparison of the two questionable in my book. People make a big deal about the campaign. Its nice for a randomly generated series of the same missions over and over. ;) Its cool, but its not the end-all be-all its made out to be. I just like it because the AMRAAM works well and the enemy fighter AI seems to be decent enough to provide a challenge. Having a plane that can kill SAMs if it needs too is nice too. I use the mission editor far more than the campaign.

Hi, finally an update :clap: I've been very busy with my daytime job the last few months, so the design work on the stick got a little behind. I've been working on the inner workings of the stick, and did some redesigning of the top part of the stick because of the new info I got. As you can see I also managed to get the grip done (all the little diamonds) For the buttons in the stick, I want to use the same tactile switches as in the stock Cougar, they got a good feel IMO and they have a very high durability. I've been working on a design for a button unit, that is easy to attach to the stick, and has some easy maintenance possibility. It also keeps the parts of the stick it self, as simple as possible. Don't mind the trimbutton, I'm still busy with that one :) I've made a little section cut of the upper part of the stick to test the button with the tactile switch, I also wanted to test a paint sample I made and I tried to make it look old and dirty. In the next picture you see all the parts to make one button, in this case the Autopilot level button. To attach the stick to the Cougar Base I want to make my own design, so that you can easily switch between the stock Cougar stick and the Flanker stick. But for testing purposes I've made a two piece plug, that fits tightly around the metal plug of the Cougar. The final plug will also fit in the segmented hole in the base of the stck. The segments are in increments of 20 degrees, this is the same angle as the position of the stick in the real Flanker. The plug has two holes to fix the stick to the base, one for a straight position (just like the stock Cougar for rightside use), and a second one for the 20 degrees angle for center cockpit use. My plan is to have a full 1:1 stick ready before the LLTM 2008, maybe not all the buttons will work at that time, (and the electronics and the wires will not be ready) but it will give a good idea on how the stick will look eventually. Like Bimbac, Groove and Nordic said, it has nothing to do where you are from and no matter how old or new the equipment, it will brake. If equipment did not brake I would not have a job. So what i meant: (Pls don't laugh so hard on this:megalol:) I just quickly made a lil jet, or prop? dunno, it's a freak, but here it is: Here is my lil freak with closed wings. Than: Here is my lil freak with open wings & flaps. Than: Here is my lil freak with open wings, but without flaps! All placed in one animation. So if you make the wings animation to the flaps, and if you made the animation, you must place this flap animation to the really end of the animation. sry my english isn't the best, but maybe if i upload the model. If you fly fast, the wings will close, if you fly slow, the wings will open, and if you fly very slow, the flaps will open, but hit the F key before anything. USAF works on project which is called by "Blackswift". They design SR-72 that it will be able to fly with "5 Mach" speed at high altitude. The long and the short of it is that no any AA missile will be able to shoot SR-72 at this altitude with that speed. Wasnt thr SR-71 retired because hi res satelites rendered it obselete? We wont see the blackswift for at least another 20 years, I think it will be tacticaly obsolete by then as well.

Дык, я и говорю - меня география вполне устраивает. На вашем серваке пинг в три раза меньше и "дружбаны по грядке" не взрываются стоя на стоянке. А некоторым из них до Турции даже ближе;). Да, тоже фризануло меня раз секунд на 5-7 и пришлось "вслепую" выходить из атаки, надеясь. что видеоряд все же запустится -но ничего, повезло. P.S. Кстати, ради интереса, а какой ФПС у наших синих коллег считается "очень низким"? Пусть с Горностаем потрещат по этому поводу:megalol:.
