  1. I'm not sure i want to expand this project that much more. I can't really do mods that change the core logic of the game. I could at best lower the lock strength under certain conditions, but varying RCS depending on different factors.....well.....sure i could unlock guys here and there....but not much more than that. I'll probably not make anything more than what is currently in the RC5 pdf. Maybe (unlikely) ill add some G-limits for the mig with tank, but thats a big maybe.

  3. Пожалуйста! Держите. Если хотите могу выложить трек по точечному удару. Правда сейчас я немного усилил ПВО, но думаю что все равно проходимо. Миссии.zip

  5. Just a quick message to tell you all how amazing Flaming cliffs looks with TH2Go! After reading a lot here (our forum) and there (including the excellent forum on widescreengamingforum.com), reviews of hardware, graphics cards, etc, I decided to give myself a proper 50th birthday present and went ahead with buying TH2Go with 3 monitors and a new graphics card. My computer is average good with a Core2Duo E6600 (2.4Ghz) and 2 Gigs of DDR2 memory, and previously I had a nVidia 7950X2 card. When I plugged my 3 new Samsung 19'' flat pannels in through the TripleHead2Go digital edition recently arrived, the FPS were disastrous. I ordered then a new XFX Black edition (slightly overclocked) of the great 9800GX2 card and now everything is fantastic. I get FPS around 20 to 30 on the airbases or above cities flying low, or with dozens of explosions going around and of course, if I fly high, or above water, it can go as high as 200. Anyways, for me, the FPS is one thing but more important is the impression of fluidity without discontinuity... Which is what I do get now. The image is so big now with 3840x1024 that it fills one's vision and even if things are a bit too zoomed in, it is OK because it looks much more realistic (with dials being big like real ones, and trees and details pretty big in the hud). The feeling of everything being more real because bigger was my greatest surprise. It requires quite a bit of fiddling to make it work properly. I was lucky to be nicely helped by a few people including RATCATCHER who really summed up all the previous discussions about it here : http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=491571&postcount=59 Most of this info comes from ggg87 and TekaTeka, thanks to them. Here is the original full thread on the problem by ggg87 : http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=17306 Here is a thread that is informative on the Widescreengaming forum : http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4374 and yet another one : http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=16713&highlight=lockon#16713 Finally, for those who dont know about it, here is a detailed review of the Matrox TH2GO: http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/index.php/Matrox_TripleHead2Go_Digital_Edition_%28Featured_Review%29 Together with a good HOTAS and most definitely TrackIR4, it is the most immersive simulator experience! (looking forward to BS with this!) JEFX (less young but more happy:D)

  6. Please lord, please let this not de-evolve into what threads on this plane usually de-evolve into. Oh well. Wags or Bivol will probably delete all this chatter anyway. :D

  10. I think so, too. I'm pretty happy to see you offer the collective at a reasonable price at ebay. Most professional producers of input devices for simulations think there's only Millionairs playing theses sort of games... Are we going to see a similar release for the stick-extensions, too? Right now, I only play fixed-wings-sims, so this stick-extensions would be more reasonable for my limited gaming-budget, right now. :( PS: Nice Avatar. Watched Wall-E yesterday - definitely a movie watch together with your girlfriend :smilewink:

  12. Thicker Main Tusk Hi Deadman, I made some A-10 templates a year or so ago, and you have done excellent work. Maybe this is my personal perference, but I think the main tusk on the Hawg should be a bit thicker at the base. It seems a little to thin. Just a thought....

  15. I'm leaning towards this "out of the box" collective. I think it looks great. Sort of wishing it bolted directly on the throttle though. But with that X52 adapter, the velcro wrap should hold pretty good I'm imagining. How do you map the keys? Software? Also, where is everyone getting those platforms that bold directly to chair? I would love to have that for both the cyclic and collective. I would hate to sue DCS for my carpal tunnel :)

  18. Hi folks. A quick note to let you know that there's a new tutorial on my site: F-15C Radar: Single Target Track (STT) and Flood Modes. The goal of this tutorial is to introduce you to the AN/APG-63's STT and Flood modes with the AIM-7 as the selected missile. We discuss the positives and negatives of these modes and begin a discussion of the Dynamic Launch Zone scale: what it is and how to use it. And, we actually shoot someone down today. :) You'll find it on the A2A page. It's marked as the latest addition (it's 2nd on the list below the AN-APG-63 Intro tutorial). Download Size: 137 MB :: Runtime: 26:54* Enjoy Rich
