As you all know MS disabled hardware acceleration of DirectSound3D in Vista, only OpenAL was left. This brings sound problems in games which are using DS3D/EAX. Creative released ALchemy for their soundcards, which intercepts DS3D calls and transforms into OpenAL. This solution is well known. But now Realtek at last developed their own alternative. Привет всем. В РЛ я немножко полиграфист :) Сделал спуск полос в мануале с разделением на фронтальные и тыльные стороны страниц. Теперь любой желающий может распечатать на принтере формата А4 сначала фронтальные, потом тыльные страницы и получится брошура формата А5 (184 страницы). Печатать надо так: сначала файл с фронтальными страницами, потом перевернуть всю пачку распечатанных страниц тыльной стороной, положить их в приемник бумаги принтера, и распечатать файл с тыльными страницами. Желательно потренироваться на одной странице: распечатать первую страницу из одного файла, потом правильно ее перевернуть и распечатать первую страницу второго файла. Полсе этого при желании, можно сделать подрезку, переплет и обложку. Весит эта радость 26Мб. И у меня нет возможности выложить это в интернете. Разве что по почте, рзбив на тома и выслав тому, кто сможет. Кто может помочь с выкладыванием в инет - оставьте тут почтовый ящик. Или пишите в личку.

Koriel's question was for anyone that might know, not just ED. It so happens this sim is still very new and most, if not all, still don't know these things, which means only ED (as they developed the software) can help... but as already pointed out tech support will be limited to Russian part of the forums only until international release. His question is not nagging or starting drama, it's normal question many will have sooner or later. Limited activations are bad I think too to be honest, so I hope DVD version (international also) does not have it. I can live with getting DL version to try it out and wait out for international release but when people (including myself) upgrade hardware very frequently and activations go very quick it's not good to have to purchase the sim multiple times. Anyway, its not fair to blaim ED right now for lack of support as again, they clearly stated there will be no support on English forums until international release. Now beside this I have another question... I would have though all companies calculate into product cost things like loss of sales due to theft. Say if there are some statistic showing some 10% of sales are lost due to theft that this would be taken into account when making pricing?

I would think no more awkward that someone who doesnt speak english who buys in the international version having to ask for support in the english forum.

I do not see people demanding for help on a product that does not belong here, on this forum. I see them asking for help, on a forum that is called "ED forums" - this is very logical course of action and no one can blame them for that. Who is blocking the flow of information and why? Only logical choice is that Russian publisher 1C is doing this, but this is not their forum. They have their own forum. Regardless of thier asking, I think that thier questions could truly improve this product, not only technically as a simulation, but also comercially. I'm trying to keep objective stand here, simply noting that it is strange that creators of the game deny help. I see no harm in discussing activation issues. Objectivelly, it looks like there are some problems with that, and open discussion will improve that part of the project. If any discussion is going to be forbidden, you will turn this forum into You're-so-beatiful-sucking-up billboard :( One final thing --- If tweaking RU edition into ENG language is forbidden, does that mean that any modding of this game will be illegal?! Deas this apply to RU edition only, or ENG will be more open minded? What if I add a language or replace an existing one? I plan to localize DCS into Croatian, there are other people keen to do similiar adaptation? Is this going to be illegal ?!?!

Подрыв это резкое полно загружение винта до максимального шага. Обычно имеет место при посадке на авторотации или при один работающих движок. Особено на малой высоте в зоне воздушной подушки позволяет увеличить тяга винта на кратко за счет максимального шага, но и провал оборотов. А по ВК- надо привыкнуть смотрит на вариометр при малых скоростях, если высота хватит лучше шаг вниз и ППУ от себя чтобы получит скорость. Если высота нету- чего сказал Yo-Yo. Я довольно количество вертолетов угробил с испытательными целями, за то я герой. :D

I'm trying, but I'm not the one that created the game... and all the issues related to it. I find it hard to understand why all support is reserved for Russian speaking members, despite the fact that there are other poeple capable of getting their own copy of DCS. Shouldn't they be rewarded, instead being punished by silence? So, Koriel has a problem with a Russian version. He is entitled to some kind of efficient support. If English section is to provide support fo ronly western release, and Russian section only for Russian release of DCS, implying that those are "different games", then there should be two separated forums. This is very confusing and frustrating that in one part of the forum yu can discuss whatever you like, and on another you are not allowed. Is this nationally biased attitude? If we cannot benefit from Russian sources, why should they have any benefit from English section? Not fair, not fair...

Well, no news updated for five days......But I can tell you that now we are cooperating with Simmod. I believe that with simmodders' strict test and help, we will make the New Flanker nearly perfect! Though you shall wait a bit long time for it's release..... Thanks for simmod again here!

Thanks for the thought Gary. Honestly though, the best way this community can support Eagle and the flight simulation genre as a whole is to simply purchase legitimate copies of the game. Showing our distributors and sales partners that this is still a profitable undertaking improves our chances of them carrying and selling our product and others like it. We realize that right now it is very difficult for folks outside the CIS to purchase the game (we are not happy about the staggered release too to put it lightly!), but we hope to provide it world-wide just as soon as we can. не понимаю я вот этого. Вы что, только на уберах летать умеете? примерно как Ка50 Р73. Таскать может, только никто этого в реале не видел. И думаю, это правильно, ибо не должно апач пускать воевать с авиацией. прорвемся на реальном апаче ракет аля двойной стингер тоже нету. Найдите мне видео применения.
