  4. Склепал вот такую миссию. Пробуйте, как она. Правда получилась немного большая по весу (2 метра), но меньше уж никак. К озвучке сильно не придирайтесь, я всё-таки не актер и не звукорежиссер, вам. Но, сам считаю, что лучше что-то, чем совсем ничего. :) зы Миссия коротенькая, не сложная, предназначена для одного игрока. Если вы убьетесь, или не выполните... короче, появится сообщение "миссия провалена", то восстанавливаться не имеет смысла (не будет дальнейшего развития событий), лучше - рестарт. :) Perekrestok v.1.0.1.miz

Sovietrat has written on Lockonfiles that Lock On Reload & Airbase mod can be used for DCS Black Shark and i did it successfully (of course, for summer only) ;) So, i think at this time we can temporarily use that great mod for LOFC on Black Shark (Russian version) while waiting for DCS-BS Western version and a new terrain mod released :music_whistling: Just do it manually: + Unzip LO Reload & Airbase Mod + Copy "R1.cdds" and "R2.cdds" to...eg Ka-50 Black Shark\ Bazar\ World + Open Config folder => open graphics.cfg with Notepad then add 2 lines common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\R1.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\R2.cdds";under highFolder = ".\\Bazar\\TempTextures\\"; => Save Done! Have a look on new BS terrain: :P

Heres a copy/paste of a messege i read over at another forum regarding GTA IV: THE GRAPHIC SETTINGS OF GRAND THEFT AUTO IV PC Most users using current PC hardware as of December 2008 are advised to use medium graphics settings. Higher settings are provided for future generations of PCs with higher specifications than are currently widely available. Graphics settings are limited by system resources by default. 256MB video cards force minimum settings by default. If a user bypasses these safety measures using command line arguments and exceeds their system resources, the users gaming experience may be compromised. Video Mode Resolution scaling effects water, reflections, shadows, mirrors and the visible viewable distance. The resolution settings relate to the amount of available video memory. At 2560*1600 the game will require 320MB of video memory in addition to all the memory required for content. At 800*600 the game will require 32MB of video memory in addition to the content. Medium resolution settings are recommended for most users as higher settings are only usable if there is available video memory. Texture Quality Texture quality affects the visual quality of the content of the game. High setting for textures will require 600MB of video memory at a setting of 21 View Distance in addition to the memory taken by the Video Mode. A medium texture setting is recommended for most users. Render Quality Render quality is the texture filter quality used on most things in the world rendering. Most people would know this as anisotropic filtering. Medium settings are recommended for most users and will provide filtering beyond what the console versions can execute. View Distance View distance scales the distance in which different objects in the world such as building and cars are seen. Raising this option increases the distance in which high quality objects must be loaded and will increase the memory it requires. Restrictions are established to ensure the game runs optimally for most users. A setting of 22 or more will provide PC users an enhanced experience over the console versions. Detail Distance Detail distance scales aspects of the environment that the View Distance setting does not including vegetation, trash and other moveable objects. A setting of 10 would be the equivalent to the performance on a console. This setting has little effect on memory. Vehicle Density Vehicle density scales the traffic density of the traffic in the game. It has no effect on the mission vehicles or difficultly of the game, but can have a significant impact on CPU performance Shadow Density Shadow Density controls the number of shadows generated for positional lights in exterior environments. These shadows are exclusive to the PC version and can have a major impact on CPU and GPU performance. Crossfire/SLI With the latest ATI driver (8-11 series) the game supports crossfire modes (ie. 4870x2) SLI is currently unsupported. Support will be added through a future game patch as well as an updated Nvidia driver. NOTE: Background Processes Certain background processes can have a detrimental effect on system performance when playing GTA IV, especially on systems with minimum required system memory. Users should ensure they disable their Virus scans (especially “on-access†type scans) when running the game to maximize performance.

  9. ^^ I heard about it too... But I've noticed only ppl playing on XP blame. Any news how GTAIV works on vista64 with ATI cards? I have a problem on XP SP3 with RACE07 in example and no patch has fixed it but on VISTA64 it works just brilliant (I've got two systems on my rig), no stutters, smoooth animation. Strange :huh:. Installing two systems was a good decision I made. Hope GTAIV will fit one of them 'cuz I'm peaking it up on friday too.

  16. IT IS saitek or saitek drivers.. No crashes or erros with my logitech. If i install saitek i get CTD and error boxs when i try to quit mission or if i crash. -esa

  21. I voted for both, as long as they are as detail as the KA-50 and as fun to play with. I have been playing BS for what... a month now and I am still learning things about the helicopter and wanting to learn more as a mechanic an as a Aircraft nerd.

  24. I have found that the spiraling flight path of the Vikhr sometimes puts it into the ground short of the target if launched from tree top height as well. I came to the same conclusion...had to climb a bit to give it more angle. It also seems to take two of them to kill some MBT's including the M1 Abrams. Oh well...eventually ED will give us the AH-64..... :-)

You haven't seen a hellfire miss. ... yet completely useless if a good deal of the laser spot ends up on that wreck or anywhere else but your target for that matter - and this is by no means impossible to achieve. A lot of existing simulators do not simulate laser spotlighting. Why not just hover off to one side a bit ... fix that parallax issue. ;) Of that there is no question.

  30. Мне не лень как могло показаться. Просто когда к примеру вы управляете авто вы то же постоянно на переключатель коробки передач смотрите ? Нет? Да и на ключ зажигания наврятли. Вы просто руками чувствуете. В симе этого ни как не реализовать. И мне думается на уровне программы мое предложение как раз реализовать не сложно на данный момент. А для поборников "реализма" я бы предложил ЕД вообще отказаться от клавиатурных команд - нету же клавы в Акуле? А в коробку вкладывать точскрин экраны или сразу кокпит с комбезом. ;) Извините если задел кого-то, но мне думается такое решение очень помогло бы и тем,, кто что то пытается спаять "на коленке" для больших ощущений, а так же для подготовки обучающих интерактивных треков.

  31. Coriolis Force. You know the same phenomenon that makes the water in a toilet spin as it's flushed. If you were flying south of the equator you'd require right cyclic. Naw...just kidding. I have to idea. This one is easy...but it's still a guess. The Hokum relies on differential torque in order to yaw at slow speed. The collective is your primary means to create torque. The more torque supplied by you means more total torque available for the rotor system to generate a yaw moment. Smokin' Hole

  32. LOL! I was wondering if I was the only one reminded of Duke Nukem! "apparently provided 'near minigun' performance" Makes you wonder if 3D Realms saw a picture of that gun somewhere and decided to make their chaingun have three barrels rather than a gatling setup.
