  4. Ты мог бы много не писать. Последняя фраза все объясняет. С твоей стороны это просто попытка оклеветать человека, который победил тебя в виртуальном бою. Мы уже с этим сталкивались в одной теме где 10 человек имеющих авторитет в комьюнити посмотрели треки с твоим участием и подтвердили победу твоего оппонента, ты же ее не признал. Был еще случай когда ты аля Флайшторм или "кто то имеющий тот же ай ди и ай пи" зашел на сервер и начал там материться и срать. А когда выложили твой хэш сказал, что это не ты и что тебя подставили продублировав твой хэш и ай пи)))) Смеялись тогда все твоим отмазкам. Продолжай в том же духе, только не забудь подкреплять свою болтовню фактами. ПС Кстати,если тебя наш сервер не беспокоит зачем ты на нем летаешь?

  6. А с управлением радиостанциями в будущем патче что-нибудь изменится? Лично мне нравится, что при "easy communications" можно не тыкать хатку MIC, но то, что частоты сами перенастраиваются — совсем нет.. И мне только кажется или с радио есть баги и глюки (просто бывает, что не отвечают)? И, да, а далеко еще до патча? М. Вагнер написал, что началось финальное тестирование, а что это значит по срокам, примерно?

  10. In a word, well two, "Motion Blur". Shake your your hand in front of your face and you get the idea. It is one of many effects that is starting to be introduced into games and the latest VGA cards and engines (e.g. Unreal, Crytek) can produce. If motion blur was introduced into the DCS engine it would allow smoother visuals at much lower fps. e.g Peripheral vision of trees/buildings etc when flying at low-level could be blurred. In fact wherever there is motion above a certain speed at a certain distance there will be an amount of blurring, this helps the fluidity of 1 frame blending into the next. In fact its possible from what I have read to produce smooth motion at as little as 18fps. 30 fps is fine when the fps does not vary. i.e. It stays fixed at 30. If the graphics are done correctly with AA, good texturing, detail, lighting etc etc then you'll not notice the difference between 30 and 60, or if you do it will be very small. Given the choice between 60 fps and low detail or 30 fps (fixed) and high detail, I will alwys take the latter. If done correctly of course. p.s. Its also a fact that many people dont think about setting their frame rate in sync with their monitor refresh rate. Having a 50hz monitor (just an example btw) with your game pushing out 60 fps is a waste of time as 50hz = 50fps. So if you have say a 60 Hz monitor you are better off setting the fps (in a config file or sometimes in a gui game menu) to a multiple e.g 30 or 60 fps. This has been hammered out in other threads so I shalln't go into any more detail other than to say that thinking High FPS is the answer to smooth viewing is incorrect.

  12. Удивлен, что это все alert. У нас на сервере все эти ники полётывали с накруткой ТТХ на Су-27. Хотя файлы аэродинамики и ТТХ самолетов у нас проверяются. Видимо он умеет обходить IC. Дополнительно вспомнил, что игрок под ником plan32 так же летал в свое время на акаде, и летал с накруткой ТТХ на Су-27.

  15. Thanks for being so concerned with my time, but if you are not making out a tank or shilka until you are under a mile from it, then you are either not using both the optical and digital zoom of the TGP, or you need to re-examine your understanding of the gain and level.

BTW - you should really read posts before offering your help - you wasted a bunch of your time explaining gain and level to me, when I clearly posted that I understand this already. As for the FLIR modelling, well that makes sense. I was wondering why I can't set my TGP in any way so that a tank - a very hot signature - stands out properly against some trees (marginal heat) and empty, brick buildings (no heat) - currently, it just looks like some very ugly, white-brown-black texture mess. There's no way to differentiate between, say, a tree and a BMP unless zooming in so far that by the time you know it's a tree you're already past the area and have to circle around. And yeah, I am using high res MFCDs. I guess all I can do is wait for ED to fix this. It's rather dumb, the campaign is pretty much unplayable for me because it's really, really stupid trying to shoot AAA or SAMs with your gun since you can't tell it's there unless you're less than a mile out.

I'd make the argument that while you can say they're fairly 'generic' with a few exceptions, the F-15E is the superpowered version of the three, as it has the longest range, highest speed, largest carry weight, best radar, a built-in jamming and RWR system, and probably the biggest potential inventory of weaponry and other cool toys in the Air Force, everything from Small Diameter Bombs to recce ground mapping radar pods :D There is only a tiny list of things the F-16 and F/A-18 has over the F-15E. 1) Mavericks - the F/A-18 and F-15E can only apparently carry two Mavericks, and I doubt you'd *ever* see an F-15E carrying one. We have Maverick video lines but we don't even bother fixing them because we'll never carry one. The F-16 can allegedly carry 6, however I think for safety reasons it's limited to 4. 2) HARM - Both the F/A-18 and F-16 can carry HARM pods and missiles. While HARM makes SEAD missions fairly easy, it's worth noting that HARM is *not* mandatory for SEAD - in OOD, F-15Es were responsible for more than a few radar and SAM site neutralization, and youtube videos will reveal AGM-130 application against SA-10s. Still, HARM is its own advantage so I'll leave it. But hey, the A-10 doesn't have HARM either and it works just fine against SAM sites :) 3) F/A-18 can do carrier ops which many consider a huge bonus. Additionally, both are single-seaters which has its own developmental advantage. Then again, Janes F-15E did a two-seater back in 199X so... EDIT: I'd also like to mention a few other things: 1) Classification level for the F-15E is still pretty high on a few things, as it's still undergoing *very* active modding and upgrading. While the A-10 finally got the A-10C to 'modernize' them, the F-15Es in the past four years have undergone at least two extensive modifications. Naturally the scope and nature of these mods isn't open to discussion, but there is unfortunately a large amount of classification involved. The Suite 7 mod which adds even more hardware is already in the pipe. 2) The USAF may very well be in need for an F-15E simulator / trainer. I'll mention that the most up-to-date computer-based simulator I've seen and used by the USAF for the F-15E is made by Boeing, and it's extremely poor. There's no cockpit to hit switches, only bare minimum. No emergency procedures or anything, it's basically just a bare-bones drop-bombs-on-Vegas trainer. Given the active development of the F-15E I would not be surprised to see demand for a trainer program.

  19. Hi Geezuz, welcome to the Forums! Don't give up hope, there are some things you can do to help your target acquisition in the TGP. There are both GAIN and LEVEL settings that can be changed in the TGP display MFCD. They are next to OSB's 19 and 20. Look in the Flight Manual at page 329 to see them under marker # 11. Try those out and see if you get better results. Strongharm has some real good post's on his tip's and tricks for TGP searching. Do a search for his post's in this forum and you will be glad you did.

  21. Извини, Флеш, но ты сейчас лукавишь. На сервер был пойман читер, и впервые был пойман за руку. (Я надеюсь, ни у кого нет иллюзий, что видеть точки за 50+км - это нормально? Такой видимости у меня даже в ЛО1 не было) Судя по тому, что никаких административных репресий к ВсемХане не последовало, то остается два варианта: Первый. Такое накручиваение - это не читерство, и допустимо, а следовательно любой посетитель сервера может себе также выкрутить графику. Второй. Судя по тому, что ВсемХана выложил скрины спустя неделю, то возможно, он согласовал с кем-то из администраторов то, что ему за эти скрины ничего не будет, и что он, и группа товарищей - неприкасаемые, и могут творить на сервере что хотят. Как это все понимать?
