  1. We're having a LOT of fun. The missions are very engaging, not too easy, not too hard. Broken Wing was one that we HAD to have others join us in order to pass it, alone we kept running out of ammo, maybe because we suck, but still! It was better with more folks anyway. We had 3 64's the night we finally passed it. We aren't always able to have others join us, so it's nice when we can complete a mission with just myself and my front seater. The ONLY thing I would suggest is not content based, but technical. It would be cool if when you finish the mission, it pulls up the next mission in the server queue. As it sits now, I have to pull up the server GUI and select the next mission. Not a huge pain, but I understand that it could be triggered in the miz. But don't remove the F10 START MISSION requirement. Content wise, I'd suggest that the LZ is clear F10 command be automatically sent to the blackhawk when all enemy in the zone are destroyed. I often forget to check the F10 menu for new commands that show up. There's probably more, but just little nit picks, etc.
  2. I absolutely LOVE the way you've done it. They're mostly night missions! A wall of white text on the screen would be blinding! Everyone, if you're not using Open Kneeboard (https://openkneeboard.com), you're missing out. VR or NOT. Even if you don't have a wacom tablet (but come on, it's $40)! Alternatively, there is always the message history, but I can simply look down at my knee, and see what I need at any moment.
  3. Ok, I found it, In Moonlight, the voiceover audio is CORRECT, the text transcript output is incorrect. This is captured by Open Kneeboard
  4. Are the kneeboards wrong for the M04_Steeplechase_v1.0 mission? It says the Mansion is at Waypoint 6, when it's actually at Waypoint 7?
  5. My group is also enjoying this campaign as well! M02 was quite an order for us as well. 3 apaches with crew finally did the job though. Can't wait to get to the next mission when we meet up again.
  6. Trying out your lua today. Works great!
  7. Yeah, I just enabled Always allow SRS Hotkeys and bound Next Radio, but it can get out of sync
  8. Experiencing the exact thing, including the pilot/cpg radio swap.
  9. Brings back Speak and Spell nightmares!
  10. Am I the only one who can't understand that thing? So what are the voice alerts, line by line?
  11. It's actually a lot of the COMM panel, I posted about it in the Controller Bugs section.
  12. I am finding that most of the items on the COMM panel are ignoring keyboard and joystick keybinds. I tested today: ICS Vox, ICS PTT, all 5 radio mutes, all 5 radio unmutes. ICS switch ignoring all mappings Radio mute/unmute ignoring all keyboard bindings, but mute responds to joystick bindings, unmute ignores joystick bindings. Hope this makes sense and is helpful
  13. Controlling George the CP/G with voice attach, no problem. Controlling George the Pilot with voice attack, very difficult. As stated elsewhere, the Kiowa is a great example of how this can be done beautifully.
  14. I have first 3 radio volume knobs mapped to my virpil control panel knobs with depress, and the Push/Pull will select PULL (Mute) but a second press does not UNmute, same for all the knobs.
  15. Track file from the Kiowa pilot? How would frame rate issues translate into the track file when it's played back on the viewing computer?
  16. Keybinds work for these knobs, but the knobs on the MPD's in the cockpit do not move when they're actuated.
  17. Had a pilot in a Kiowa report the same to me when I got too close to him with my Apache. His frames dropped, and improved when I turned away and got out of his area, and it got worse when I got close again.
  18. Controlling George the Pilot is very difficult with Voice Attack, since you have to hold for a duration to make George turn, climb, etc. Left-stick to change to modes only works if you don't mess with it, confusing where VA thinks which menu it's pulled up. Solvable if ED would give is a keybind for H-B, another for FLT, another for CMBT, etc... but they never did. But now there's a perfect example for ED to follow... Polychop ABSOLUTELY got it right with bindings for specific altitudes, headings, and speeds, numerous other settings.
  19. @Bailey It's mission 06 UN-Pilot_06.miz
  20. @sahararover The 64 manual is tailored for the game and the function of the aircraft just fine. Exactly as the original poster is pointing out. They did a good job on this manual, by not including a bunch of useless information not required in order to learn the module. The internet is full of a bunch of information for the technically inclined to geek out on all they want. There's no use for it in the module's manual. And in some cases, too much information on technical items can get a company in trouble due to laws against reprinting and redistributing that information in places it should not be shared. Just because you can find it on the internet does not give you permission to share it, or find it in a GAME manual.
  21. Ok, thanks, I was not that far along in the training missions yet, and did a few free flights to take a break from them.
  22. Yes, a "Break orbit" or some such command would be nice. You will notice I only created four "Come to..." heading commands ...for now. There is ALSO a way for VoiceAttack to listen for "Come to..." and then detect the numbers you say after that, and create a single command out of it. I have NO IDEA how to do that. But it sure would clean up the Altitude, Heading, and Speed commands, greatly.
  23. Is it just me? I can't control the M4 with the mouse, or find bindings for any other axis. How does that thing work?
