    Ah no you're right, it's in 2.7
  2. According to another thread, the INS has a backup battery which lasts for a short time. You are probably wanting to relight before it's empty.
  3. Try either passing the INS in SEC mode or the aux ADI in forced mode (forward) but it’s likely that you can’t. If your ins gyro is down that message is there to force you looking at auxiliary horizon on the dash.
  4. It's not a bug per se, it's DCS way of refuelling.
  5. I own VPC panel #1, a throttle, a base+grip, and pedals. And I know how to use the VPC software... Yes, the flip switches are ON/OFF/ON. The ON triggered by the cover is associated to two logical buttons, one direct (13), one with inverted mode (14). And if I push the lever it triggers a third logical button (15) And these are used as binds as on the previous DCS screenshot. It then just works exactly as it should regarding the jettison control.
  6. No, virpil cover switches are natively not toggle impulsion buttons, but bistable ( 1 when closed and 0 when open), and they have also an inverted button programmed from scratch (0 closed, 1 open) They work perfectly with the M2000-C binds as it is. Here button 15 is lever pushed (jettison ON) which you can do only when cover is open, buttons 13 and 14 are the two opposite buttons triggered by the cover. You don't want any toggle bind for cover switches, as if you start in the wrong state, it will be inverted until you manually click the cockpit to resync.
  7. Is there any hardware flip cover with a toggle impulsion output and not a bistable output??

You need to designate the IP once at least.
  10. I'd rather point at the skills, then
  11. I have noticed that rearming heavy stores such as fuel tanks, does sometimes make the alignment fail, when the plane shakes. IRL they never rearm, start the engine, and even use the ladder during alignment, as it's sensitive to any vibration. Remember that alignment consists in calibrating an accelerometer down to 0.00001g and sensing the earth rotation... you don't want to shake the plane during that.
  12. Did you try if it's still usable with VR controllers? Edit : I tried with mouse and it makes right click + mouse wheel unusable (which most people use). Left click + wheel is much more difficult to do on a standard mouse for a right hand. Definitely a regression.
  13. On the other hand, it's better than Spitfire rounds. Seems pretty balanced IMHO
  14. I believe the "Force INS alignment" is there exactly for that purpose, to force players doing an alignment. It was like that even before 2.7 AFAIK. It's off by default, maybe you could contact your server administrator to know why he wants to enforce this setting?
  15. Ground strikes must be carefully prepared with the Mirage. INS update being at the heart of the process. That's a kneeboard page from my last large scale MP event where we had to strike at Batumi. The spot was perfect for update after crossing the whole map over the ocean. This was fun I hope they add BAP100 one day, it's the perfect duo with RD.
  16. If you look at the default.lua bind file, this bind is doing nothing else than moving the cockpit switch, to AA when the device sends a 1, to CHARGES when the device sends a 0. If you think you are sending quickly a 1 then a 0, and it doesn’t end up at CHARGES, that’s either because you are not sending what you think with TARGET, or because DCS or DirectX mess up the events, by filtering out the 0 or swapping them because they are simultaneous. You should check with a joystick event logging tool what TARGET is really sending.
  17. Hi, I got my preorder 100 days ago (17 december). Did anyone with a later preorder have any invoice and/or shipping? Thanks!
  18. I've heard that 1,3,4 are fixed for next release
  19. Yes, exactly the same for me. A lot of strain in FS2020
  20. You can start your engine by setting it at IDLE + 1%. It will start and wheel chocks will not get removed.

    TACAN bug

Already mentioned by Elmo in the discord, the hotfix was ready the day of the release. Now we need to wait for ED to release a module update.
  22. Can the mission editor be extended by mods in such way? I'm not sure. Until then, you can use this: https://www.movable-type.co.uk/scripts/latlong.html
  23. I don't understand, if you set 10 waypoints in ME you have them loaded right? The only thing that's not implemented in ME is BAD, you need to enter them in the cockpit. But BADs are much more easy to type in than full coordinates.
  24. Is this possible with other Aircraft? You can't use BAD function on the INS for this?
  25. Hi, The other day, on a busy server, I had these values. (Sorry for the low res, VR screenshots can't be better) What does these mean?
