As said Witcher, you can customize the symbols (which is the case IRL). But, it's limited to single chars (which is the case IRL too) You have a kneeboard page summing up all symbols. And it's updated if you customize the threats library. Now, we will not make any customizations that make it "work like a US device". That's a Pandora's box, yes the whole cockpit could be redone "a la US" but this wouldn't make sense. Just customize the RWR symbols as you like, then learn the module and use it more, you'll be used to it

It’s fixed in the upcoming open bêta. There may be a DCS hot fix soon for this.

No extra work required on M2000 side compared with normal TAF. Everything new is in LotATC!

You should post screenshots. I think what you are seeing with that switch is the auxiliary gunsight (like a fishbone) It's not the actual reticles, just a backup.

Missing HUD symbology is often mod related. Just repair your DCS installation with the repair tool. And update to latest 2.7.8.16140 which is muuuch better.

You are missing a major update on the mirage with this version! You should update to openbeta.

If the weapon fires, this means you did everything correct regarding key presses. Now if you don't have symbology while firing, that's an issue with your installation. Try repairing DCS Could you make a screenshot of what it looks like when you shoot?

In 2020, a live one was found in the US... https://theaviationist.com/2020/08/20/live-french-matra-super-530-air-to-air-missile-discovered-at-lakeland-linder-international-airport/ (Edit : in the article comments, there is a Jo Jo )

On the M-2000C the displayed jumping contact range is not actually RGPO itself but the result of lost range tracking that can't be disambiguated anymore by STT. Jamming models VGPO and RGPO together by adding returns whose velocity and range quickly sweep out of the jamming aircraft values. What you see on the radar display is the STT which is lost in range ambiguity once the tracker picked the wrong returns, which can happen in a few other cases. Chaff do a kind of RGPO and VGPO too modelled on the M-2000C but they decelerate so hard that the tracker has no problem following the actual aircraft doppler velocity. Except maybe in some corner cases (target flanking when notch rejector disabled in look up, in that case chaff range and velocity stay very close from those of the target and the radar has no other tool than monopulse and angular tracking to make the difference, which is harder)

You need a waypoint but only CP and PD values are used (Runway heading and glideslope). LAT/LON, ALT, etc... are not accounted for in the ILS display.
-
On the training CCRP IP, mission you destroy quite easily the targets with a 10NM loft bombing, strong crosswinds, unguided. That's actually quite good. The remaining error is mostly the inaccuracy of Mk82 itself.
-
Press System CMD FWD to show the diamond, Press AG Designate to designate the IP (bridge in the mission) The diamond will stay until you overfly IP in case you want to re-designate for improving precision.
-
It’s the mission shipped with the module! everything is pre entered in the INS

The acronyms correspond to the four positions: OFF (A for Arret in french) Warmup (PCH for Prechauffe in french) Standby (SIL for silencieux in french) On (EM for Emission in french)

It is implemented.

Yes it’s likely a bug in the map ILS. Just try with Kobuleti or Batumi first, they are guaranteed to work.

It seems , I have misplaced the HUD and panel AOA indicator.
Galinette replied to DmitriKozlowsky's topic in M-2000
AoA indicator « repeater » for users without head tracking has changed, it’s no longer in the HUD but now it’s an analog ribbon indicator similar to the real one, and placed as if you were seeing through the HUD box. It’s no longer in special options but toggled by a bind -
Black square is a requested feature so that VTB viewport overlay doesn’t become a Head Mounted VTB. Some people even request to fully remove VTB overlay. It’s an acceptable compromise! This is from the update post in this same forum… I guess your brain was too frozen.

Just check, center pylon is n°5, but there is a shift in the slot display in the rearm window

Special options > disable realistic frequency repeater, the real thing isn't wired with red radio on 2000-C Or, find the channel number just besides the channel wheel, and look frequencies in your kneeboard
