S-3 Returning home after nailing the Kuz. I locked on to, and shot this Flanker down so close that the explosion knocked out a few of my systems including the radar out..effectively taking me out of the action right with him.

Excuse the ignorrence, but how so?

Was surfing through the ubi forums and happened to see these two movies burried under the rest w/o much attention. Well I must say, that attention is more than needed. The pics ztrl posted is a known yet very rare bug that seems to only occur in Multiplayer. No weapon is initially dropped to create it, but it just suddenly appears and drops your frames to 0. Definitely something that will force a server to restart, Lots of trouble.

Eh? So you've never seen a bridge ever while simming in lomac? There are hundreds scattered throughout the coastal cities, and they are definitely destroyable. I've learned first hand trying to fly hot-shot stuns under them..

Man oh man, that model is just down right SEXY. So sleek, it looks like its going mach 2 even in those screenshots. The canopy is even looking nice, please make it as reflective and detailed as the hornets!

Scots, that airport is Princess Juliana airport, St. Maartin. And no, the backround beech and environment of that picture isnt from there.

That wouldnt really be a good idea. I mean flying aint like driving, and the majority of the times, the pilot would pop out the speed break and leave it extended for serveral moments. It would be quite some hassle having to actually hold down the button to keep it extended. As you may know, many approaches are flown with the airbreak extended all the way down.

We know that...but I dont want to be flying this beautiful model knowning that its utilizing the Flanker flight dynamics.. Gah. It really is a magnificent model..One of the most well done Hornet models out there. If only..

Yep, its a pitty. LOMAC only supports two types of clouds; the big puffy cumulous clouds and the complete overcasts. Nothing inbetween. There IS a mod out there, not exactly what you're looking for...but relatively close. Its actually a single flat texture....a collosal flat skin that spans across the entire sky, or at least I think so, as to I remember it waay back before I uninstalled it.
