My guess is that they want to make 1.2.3 MP as stable as possible so that they have a stable platform to build upon it.

If you want my humble advice, give up playing on laptop.buy powelfull desktop pc and good joystick and then you will get what you paid for. after youll do what i told you ,then you will know what i was talking about :-)

I must say i am surprised that VRS stick with FSX platform. If they could make a DCS SB then they would earn a lot of money. They have all necessary know how and they could use the advantage of better FM in DCS. ITS Strange to me. All people here are waiting for Naval ops and they could deliver. too bad for us with their rigidity.

Dou you think that your ati 5970 is powerfull enough the play it smoothly? I am using amd6970 and think of getting 7970? How did you set up the projection above your head ? Id like to know could there be a possibility just during install of BS2 upgrade just enter BS1 serial and then immediately BS2 upgrade serial instead of need to install BS1 and then BS2 upgrade. Or could there be option via mail just email to ED BS1 serial and BS2 upgrade serial to get full BS2 serial? I know i will not use BS1 anymore but during install its really annoying to do all this BS1 and BSupgr. dance with DVDs. I change my PC very often so you can imagine all this dance - deactivate - DCS World - BS1 - BS2 upgr. - A10 - P51 - LOckon - FC3 Thanks

Well when we realize that they are working on so many things at once (patches, dedicated server, EDGE) then i think you are right. Sometimes i say to myself that less is more and its better to make things one after another.

Acceptable framerates, well i think with todaýs computers its all about dynamic LOD. I hope we will get the EDGE soon, cant wait.

this game is pretty good you just need to buy desatersoft campaigns. i dont know how can anyone bash this game , its so complex and realistic piece of software. Only loosers that never acomplished anything can say its a bad game.

It would be great to know whats up in your sleeve Yo-Yo for future i mean simulation side. Weather, ground physics, AI, damage modeling? After reading these articles we know ED can simulate helicopter dynamics, jets, prop planes is there anything you cant ? :-)))
