    Yeah absolutely, this is something no sim has got right yet. Hopefully EDGE will be detailed enough that the sense of speed will be felt much more. Jets are very fast... we need to feel that rush.

    You don't have too, It is a complete pain that we need it but you can simply install it, activate FC3 and then remove lockon. FC3 is good fun, it seems a shame people are missing out because of this extra bit of effort. Hopefully one day ED will find a work around to this silly hold they have over them.

    Can't wait for this, a bit more character is just what that F-15 needs to really make it shine... well and click able cockpit but that is a different conversation.

    Precisely, this is the joys of the gaming world... What is stopping France invading Nevada. :music_whistling: Well apart from the lack of a Rafale module. I think people are a little bored of the current terrain so I wont complain about any new regions.

    Any new scenery is appreciated as long as it looks good... we'll worry about scenarios later. ;)

    Is it really that bad at the moment? Sure we are all looking forward to a revamp and it clearly isn't the best terrain around (orbx puts it to shame) But given how wonderful the DCS aircraft are, you'll not find anything close military wise, I think it is worth putting up with until the new look comes along. It is certainly good enough to have fun over for now I'd say. All that said... roll on EDGE ;)

    That actually looks like a photo... I may have to give clod another go if that is the stage it is at!! Awesome to be getting more updates on EDGE also, must be close now. :music_whistling:

    Terrain updates will happen soon enough when EDGE comes along, there are a few mods to make it look a bit nicer now if you can't wait however.
